Drove 1.5 hours Vehicle was not on lot ( Being serviced) they brought the vehicle for me to look at. Entire vehicle was lettered was not lettered on website they photoshopped it . Dishonest people.

Found a 2019 Ford Transit van online at this dealership. Completed a televideo appt to test drive and see the vehicle. Placed a deposit for the vehicle and have been working with the salesman to get the title from the vehicle released so we can complete the purchase. Over the weekend the vehicle was sold despite being on hold for our transaction and no one seems to have any information as to what happened. Absolutely horrible experience. Not sure what kind of dealership sells a vehicle that is in the process of being sold to anther customer but if I could give zero starts I would. Will never solicit this business again! Beware obviously poor business model and terrible customer service.
