Good communication. Helpful and easy
good service. I came to maintenance and service for this dealer several times. And the customer service is doing very great. Especially the guys name Ernie. He's always do the great jobs. good communication. But sometimes this dealer doesn't have enough loaners car for me which is so disappointed sometimes.

Greater service.
I was expected pretty much expensive service for replacement and programming my car keys. But Landrover team found actual reason of the issue, so car was fixed and I payed less. Special thanks for Mara M Mueller. Greater work!

Had my Range Rover Sport serviced.. best experience. Service advisor Ernie Nolasco is the BEST! He was very friendly and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. I recommend their service department.

Great.
Had annual service and new brakes done on my Sport and they were able to do it while I waited, as promised. Everyone is professional and the dealership is organized etc. good experience… I’ve had many worse ones at other Land Rover dealerships.

Professional service. Nice waiting area and everything was done well. I have been to several dealers in the SF Bay Area and I can say that I had the best experience here. There’s a level of safety here lacking at other dealerships. Can recommend Ernie Nolasco highly!

Fast, friendly, competent service
I dropped off my Range Rover on last Monday evening for a 40k service at Redwood City Land Rover. There were several issues that needed addressing including an engine light. Service was completed and issues resolved by 3pm on Tuesday - great turnaround.

Unexpected purchase
Unfortunately my cars engine needed more work than it's worth so I had to get in a replacement asap. The folks at LRRC were very flexible with a loaner for the family while my wife completed some business travel. When we were ready to buy our replacement, Erick, was easy to work with and there was a good selection on the lot. Which is saying a lot nowadays. The process still takes too long to get all the paperwork done but that's the only negative. All around a good experience for an unexpected purchase.
