20/20 Billy Gilbert gave my family the best car buying experience we have ever had in 20 years. We bought two vehicles in under 2 hours! Highly recommend. The sales managers were very accommodating to our needs!

I have high anxiety and hate car shopping but this was

I have high anxiety and hate car shopping but this was the best experience ever! Billy greeted us at the door and listened first to our thoughts. He showed us multiple cars, new and used. Then gave comparisons on the pricing for several until we picked. He dealt with the finance dept for us so I didn’t feel pressured. Finance was smooth and low key. I feel like the dealership let me be in charge. They also gave me more on my trade in than I expected. Overall experience is so important. I was happy with Billy’s ability to adapt to my personality for the sale. It was less talk and more action which helped me not to be overwhelmed.

just now New I have waited to post this. I was sold a car that wasn’t even inspected!! It was sold to me with NO transmission fluid or oil! When I wanted to return it, I was told I could only be refunded the money minus the taxes (I paid CASH), this is illegal. When I confronted the general manager Ben, I was treated like an annoyance and when I demanded the entire amount I paid be given back to me, I was told “whatever it takes to make this go away”. This was 40 days later. I them made an appointment with him to return the vehicle, he personally told me to meet him at a specific time. When I arrived at the dealership I was laughed at and told he was in a “monthly meeting”. I left that day with no money and they kept the vehicle. It took another 2 weeks to get my check, after giving me the runaround over the title (which I NEVER received). That’s about a 6 week period of time where I had no vehicle and no money to buy another one… made a complaint to a women who did expedite my check, but did nothing about how I was treated. Literally go anywhere else. It would be nice if anyone gave a darn about this…I’ll be filing with BBB, since they will probably take this down. Do better Sandy Sansing, your name is on these buildings!!!

Ask for Holly!

Ask for Holly! After going back and forth with 2 other Nissan Dealers for a few days, Holly beat their price within 30 minutes. Gave me an OTD price they couldn’t beat. Then my credit was locked, no problem for her! I drove the car home and she drove up to finalize the deal when Experian unfroze my account.
