Service department incompetent and completely different

Service department incompetent and completely different RIPPED US OFF!!! Told us 2 things were broken, we shelled out $3600. Did not fix the problem then wanted $3500 more to "fix the problem". Got a second opinion. The problem was something completely different than what Kunes told us. Second opinion was WAY cheeper and completely fixed the problem!

STAY FAR AWAY!

Worst experience getting a car I have EVER gone through. First they send out fake vouchers and set up an appointment. I explained that my current car loan was not fully paid of yet. Had great job and enough income to cover payments. Was told this would not be an issue, drove almost 2 hours to the dealership. Was told oh you are approved but we can't get you into anything because of current loan. Yeah Ikr doesn't make any sense. Then I talked to the sales manager who said oh the people we need to talk to isn't open on weekends. Was told I would be contacted first thing Mon and hadn't heard from them at all. Called and was literally transferred to 6 diff people and not one helped me. Called back expressed my frustration and that I needed to speak with someone now without being transferred. Sent me to someone who asked for my number to have someone call me back! This place is an absolute joke I would not recommend them at all!!!!

Stay Away!!!!!!

Steer clear!!! After you buy a vehicle here, you get stalked by the salesman calling and texting you begging you to leave a review. That ripped me off right there. So here I sit 6 months later with my truck at Sextons getting it fixed since the transmission lines were completely rusted through. They could care less too! Even told me to take it to a Ford Dealer. They will never have business from me again. They are a total joke folks!!!!

Dealership sales mgr and salesman both got with me on truck I was interested in but I feel they must be pressure into sales now. And I think it's price was a little bit high. For 6 plus year old unit with over 100.000 miles
