I'm a cynic. Haven't always been but when what is characterized is delivered, that proves that the accusation was correct. This is the 2nd time I let a used car dealer work me over- this time a 2013 Ford Expedition with a misrepresented ad featuring the options list of an "EL" top end. I bought remotely and had a friend test drive it thinking it was accurately represented on the ad that was specific to the car. Nope- no powered running boards, no power rear hatch, heated seats... etc.. I followed my wife the other day as she drove it- the rear brake lights don't work. And, to add insult to injury I insisted they sell me the xxxx thing at their reduced "dealer finance" teaser price instead of "cash" which was higher. Afterwards I discovered I still overpaid by at least a grand. 'Course I was buying a car with options on it.

2008 Nissan Quest in November of 2019 I came to their storefront broken and broke - life seemed to be at war against me. these guys sold me a car, when I was being a brat actually, and this car saved my life. After I got the car from them, life continued to get harder and harder, and if it wasn't for that car that they financed to me, I would have lived on the streets for more than a year. Luckly I had that amazing, life-saving van. It had a few issues but very minor. I fixed them and will keep that van! The van is paid off, life is a bit better and I will go to them, humbly, to see if they would sell me another car this week.

Bought a lemon car and they knew it..2016 Ford Forcus with transmission clutch problems.I have 3 children to get to school 2 of which i have temporary costody of and i told them i need a trust worthy car..Now i’m stuck without a vehicle until the shop fixes it..I would no recommend them…I’ve had the car 2 weeks before it started acting up..He said to wait for my first payment then my warranty would cover it from financing company..Which i’m waiting on now..

Was looking at their website and it actually says “we finance, everyone rides” so when I said I don’t think everyone rides. Ayas told me “ where in the F*** does it say that Dumb xxx” it said it there right in your advertisement. You could only imagine what would happen if you visited the lot or bought from there. They would have it writing and still call you a liar.

Horrible service my both owners Mike & Jessica. What a crappy business you run selling people lemons and not returning their money after someone doesn’t want cars. xxxx poor service by xxxx poor owners.

I saw their ad online so I decided to stop in. Vehicle that I was interested looked absolutely great. Slightly overpriced based on other cars with similar condition in the area but as long as there wasn’t any major issues I was willing to pay the higher tagged price. They were super friendly and claimed to be honest and transparent. They even allowed me to take the vehicle to a mechanic for a peace of mind. Of course turns out there were issues. There was a leak and when I brought it up to their attention they just topped the radiator with water and claimed there was no leak. I took the car back to mechanic and it was confirmed that they had only added water and had not fixed any other issues they had promised to fix. They said “we will fix it for you. we wouldn’t sell it to anyone else without fixing it anyway.” I guess they decided not to do the work and started giving me the run around and instead asked me if there is any other car I’m interested in. I can only guess it’s because they found someone else for that vehicle that doesn’t know about the issues and they probably screwed someone over. Again these cars look great but if you don’t know about cars you’ll end up falling into their trap. As I said they are very personable but don’t be fooled

Great Job, I got what i was looking for and somewhat of a good deal, can't complain to much. The guys there was kind and friendly.
