It is rare to meet true professionals in any industry, but Xchange Motors is just that - a group of true professionals. They were a pleasure to work with, especially Mel who was my primary contact there. Being an out of state buyer, these guys even went so far as to bring the vehicle I was interested in (Maserati GranTurismo MC) to a Maserati dealership of my choosing in their area for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). Of course, I paid Maserati to perform the PPI, but Xchange Motors ferried the vehicle there and back at NO COST (plus there was no hesitation from them when I referenced wanting to have a PPI performed). The people at Xchange Motors went above and beyond in every respect and I will absolutely go them in the future even as an out of state buyer because these guys can find even hard to source vehicles. By the way, I flew into Illinois to pick up the GranTurismo MC and I drove it home more than 1,000 miles with zero issues. If you're looking for a dealership that I found to be honest, reliable and professional, I would strongly recommend giving these guys a look.
