I bought a Dodge Dart from Tri-County 5 years ago. The sales and service has always been top notch, excellent customer service for both. While the only service I’ve needed is regular oil changes, they always manage to get me right in, get the work completed timely and get me on my way!

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, everyone was welcoming and salesman was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here and I will definitely be back for my next purchase.

I wish I never bought a car from this dealership, I traded my car in over a month ago and it had yet to be paid off! To make matters worst no one can have the courtesy to call me back on this issue. Will never purchase another vehicle here

I purchased a brand new 2017 renegade from them. It uses oil. When i first informed them they forced me to have them do an oil change right after I had just had one dine by Jiffy Lube. Then they did a consumption test and said it is within parameteres. It was then but now it is not but they will not assist me in getting engine replaced. Service advisor Caitlin is great but both service managers i have delt with and service advisor are not any help.

They have poor service. I was sold a Lemon vehicle. The RPM so high it pulls the Van through intersections. We have tried having the shop work on a brand new van, but they don't know how to fix it. I am so disappointed.

Got a good deal. Traded in two vehicles to get my new truck. they were very helpful and understanding the whole time. Offered extra care hooking up my fifth wheel and tailgate

I bought a new Ram from here in November. I felt I got a good deal on the truck and that's where it ended. 2 months later the bank the held the title to my Jeep I traded in started calling looking for a payment. I explained to them that I had traded it in. It took another month to get Tri County to pay off the loan to the point it went down as a missed payment on my credit report. Then today I had my first dealing with the service department. Driving on the interstate yesterday the throttle stuck on my truck. I took it in as it's still under warranty. I was basically told they couldn't do anything unless it did it again. That is not an acceptable answer. The next time it does it I may be in an accident. I no longer feel safe driving my truck.

Tri- County is full of kind, caring car salesman that take care of you when it comes time to purchasing a car. I have referred other friends and family to this store and recommend it. I will always come back and expect great experiences every time.

It was a long process but thanks to Andy Lowendick and the finance team I was able to drive off in a 2016 Jeep Renegade.
