I left a message on the MAIN answering machine 3 weeks
I left a message on the MAIN answering machine 3 weeks ago to call to set up a service appt. The service line SELDOM answers and the service message center recorder was full and not accepting any messages. I am STILL waiting for a return call. If you want service you have to go there and eyeball someone.

Disappointed that they had 2 deals on same car going at once. I was called about two hours before appt saying they had tentatively sold the car but was not sure if it would sell as he needed cosigner.

Sales Team are Snakes!
Tried buy a newer used vehicle...they didn't even know what was on their lot...then lied and hide numbers...would never go there...BEWARE!!! Go to Different Mazda Dealer!

Sales dept. ok, Service not so...
2017 Mazda 3 GT leased. At only 17k miles the rear brakes were heavily corroded and to be replaced, which of course is ridiculous, but Mazda has had this issue already on another model. So we took it in and had to pay the full cost to replace the brakes because they are not under warranty. Obviously Mazda is using defective parts and though our salesman got a little of our money back (still out $305), we feel service should have covered this and then got on the phone with Mazda. A friend of ours has the exact same car and had the exact same issue (I have also already filed and NHTSA complaint) and because his had 2000 miles less on it or so they covered the costs! Customer service means going above and beyond to take care of and retain clients, not simply doing what a corporate system says you should be doing. Though this is our main concern at the moment it's important to note we previously had issues here with techs not completing assigned work. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and corteous, but that's it. And we definitey never buy a Mazda again nor recommend them anymore.

Don't waste your time
Please don't waste your time here. Very old school sales mentality. They hide numbers and play the monthly payment/interest rate game. It's only when you ask for the actual price of the car AND run your own numbers do you realize you aren't getting the deal you though you were. If you think they are presenting a good deal, please RUN YOUR OWN NUMBERS!
