Let me remind you that we have TWO Honda dealerships that are closer to our home. We choose John Eagle Honda because of the excellent service they provide and the quality of the people such as yourself. The service is outstanding and we always know that we will be taken care of and not taken advantage of! We love our new 2012 Honda Pilot. This is our third Pilot (2003 and 2011) and our family has purchased many Hondas over the years. We are consistently pleased with the quality and looks of our Honda vehicles and the fact that these cars retain their value. Thank you again for your outstanding service!

Great Experience
Your staff was very helpful in listening to my every concern and desire in finding the right used car for my needs. They made sure the cars I was shown met the criteria I gave them. Every Honda van I was shown just happened to be sold while I was sitting in the car. John Hyland (I not sure how to spell his land name) was determined to find a great deal for me in spite of how fast these vans were being sold. He found a beautiful Honda van for me at a great price. I absolutely love my van and I appreciate the time and effort each member of the John Eagle staff put into my auto buying experience.

I'm so happy and proud to say that I am a new owner of a red 2 door Honda civic. I was given Hal Millers name by a work referral he works at another dealership and does a lot of business with my father. I'll start of by telling you this car buying has been a long and tough battle between my father and I. We were not agreeing on anything and I had been to I think every dealership in Dallas from Volvo to Toyota!! What I wanted was a Honda accord coup. The problem was my father was buying the car. When I went to see Hal about the car with my father, I can't tell you great Hal was. I ended up getting a civic. my father and I were so impressed with the customer service. My father even mentioned that he has never had a dealership call after the purchase was made to check on how the car was. And go to such a great effort to make sure we were happy. Hal, Doc and Kelley made our purchase, enjoyable, fast, and delightful.

This CRV is the 5th car we have purchased from Jack A. and John Eagle. We have always been treated fairly & not pressured by Jack. The dealership is well run and we've used the service dept. these years also. And have had occasion have used the body shop in the past.

Wonderful Experience
I had a wonderful experience at John Eagle Honda when I bought my first CRV there 2 years ago from Ross Iver. We kept in touch and when the new CRV came out I went in to see Ross. He gave me a great deal I could not pass up. He inspires confidence and trust in his customers and he is always available to answer questions and help. I will always be a Honda fan because of Ross Iver.

Excellent service Dept. Knowledgeable, Quick
Had to get the honda accord serviced for a recall on the ignition switch. Booked an appt. on-line and Took it in the next morning. EVEN THOUGH I was two hours late for my appointment time I'd booked, they greeted me like a V.I.P. and had lunch for free while I waited in their clean lounge but not for very long. The turnaround time was surprisingly very short. Left satisfied with the repair and new Free of charge parts installed correctly by a tech at a dealer which is capable, friendly and inviting. I'll definitely give them my business in the future and feel confident recommending this dealership's service department to anyone!
