Been to several dealerships in town, did not find the experience and professionalism John Eagle Honda of Dallas provided. Their willingness to help and work with customers is what they have and rest lack. Not bragging but never got the experience from others is the reason why I purchased from them. Aaron was my sales person he was simply professional.

Kevin Tran was great. He managed my expectations when it came to excess time required for service, recalls and state inspection. He also communicated well with me throughout the day as I waited.

Came in due to my tire light coming on. Jordan immediately found out what the issue was (a nail) and began working on the problem. He made great follow up contact with me. It was toward the end of closing time but I was handled with care and patience.
