Been to several dealerships in town, did not find the experience and professionalism John Eagle Honda of Dallas provided. Their willingness to help and work with customers is what they have and rest lack. Not bragging but never got the experience from others is the reason why I purchased from them. Aaron was my sales person he was simply professional.

Amazing Service on tires and breaks!

Thank you John Eagle Honda Service express for providing amazing service on my car! Yesterday, a friend drove my vehicle and was very impressed by how the Honda Fit maneuvered the roads! I love the tires! As always, I appreciate the customer service!

My sales guy, Arvin was awesome. Of course he wanted to sell a car, but he made great customer service and my needs his priority. My process was seamless and all my emails/calls were answered promptly over the course of my week of shopping. I strongly recommend John Eagle Honda.

Bought few new cars before but this is the first time I thought Arvin, the salesman had gone few extra steps to make sure the color, the trim that met my expectations. Great experience from beginning to the end. Love my Honda Pilot:)!

Tire Light On

Came in due to my tire light coming on. Jordan immediately found out what the issue was (a nail) and began working on the problem. He made great follow up contact with me. It was toward the end of closing time but I was handled with care and patience.
