Called about a Mazda on their site that was listed at a
Called about a Mazda on their site that was listed at a low price. They told me it had frame damage and wouldn't sell it, but would sell me something more expensive. I get that its hard to manage their inventory sometimes but would be cool if they didn't already have prices listed on cars they weren't gonna sell. Called back a week later about a scion, was told they'd work on a deal. Called back after not hearing anything to be told it was sold last week, but still on site lol. Starting to wonder if any of their cars are actually in their inventory or if their all just bait and switch scams.

Took my car in for an oil change and didn't thoroughly
Took my car in for an oil change and didn't thoroughly inspect my vehicle before leaving because I thought this was a trustworthy place only to discover a chunk missing off my hood and them refusing to hold themselves accountable for the damage to my vehicle. Would NOT recommend this place and I won't be back. Apparently they've done this to other people as well, damaging their cars and not doing anything about it, based on other reviews on Google maps.

We showed pictures of the damage that was present and the spot in question that is coming apart do to rust is not our fault, it is pre-existing damage. Bad Bad. they are ripping people off by damage the parts after they fixed your car or changed oil and filter.. they messed up my car with tires and damaged some parts and make me go back and have to fix it again again..... dont ever take your car there.... they are Rip OFF big time

I bought a truck 2 years ago, under warranty.
I bought a truck 2 years ago, under warranty. I was assured my warranŕy was good at dealerships closer to my home. I since discovered that the warranty is only good at the dealership where u purchased the vehicle, so I have to drive an hour o get an oil change. After several oil changes, I discovered the fluid levels were never checked. I am so disappointed at the service that I'm receiving
