Purchased a used car, May 2022, and on the list of items it shows Perma Plate and KUHA GPS, neither item I really needed but part of dealer prep charge and told could not be removed. After negotiating a price, less that what they were asking, I found out a week later that they would not honor these services since car was sold for lower price. Was never told of these changes and still appear on quote I was shown, of which I have a picture. Be careful when dealing with Honda Cars of Rockwall.

literally don’t even know where to start… bought a car from them, then figured out 2 days later i had transmission problems and the radio was broken. they gave me a rental (thank you, this wasn’t bad at all) then had my car for 3 WHOLE MONTHS. it was fixed, and NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME. and no one would answer the phone. the rental ended up having a flat tire. i called to let them know, they instructed me to change it. the lug nuts we’re screwed on so tight that it had to be towed. the boss then called me demanding his car back and was angry that i did exactly what i was instructed to do, change the xxxxing tire. finally got my car back after 3 months, and the radio was still xxxxing broken. like what were you doing in those 3 months?????? not to mention i had to call the police and report the car stolen because i got a notification that it was driving on the highway at 3am when it was supposedly being fixed…. their explanation? a tech drove it to clear codes. at 3 am. no. he literally took my car home for the night, which is insane??????? they called me stupid for reporting it stolen. what the xxxx else was i supposed to do? my car was driving on the highway (speeding actually, that’s why i was notified) at 3am!!!!! after discovering my radio was still broken, they told me to just go get it fixed at any ford dealership. the ford dealership i went too basically told me it would be way too expensive if they fixed it, and to just go to a car toys and it would be much cheaper. not to mention they lied about the warranty i had, so i had to pay for all the transmission damages, oil changes, etc. when i was told i absolutely didn’t have too, because everything was covered under warranty. my best friend was going to buy a car from here a few years ago and said her experience was xxxxty as well. horrible horrible horrible place and horrible horrible horrible people. BEWARE.
We understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback has been shared with management.
Greed doesn't win.
Worst dealership ever. Told me they don't work with my pre-approval from Capital One for financing. I thought as long as they got thier money it shouldn't matter. No, they want you to finance with them so they get a cut. You loss a guarantee sale because of greed.

Exactly a year ago I bought a Yukon XL 2017, they didn't give me a warranty plan because it had more than 100000 miles, so after two months it start giving troubles due to a shortcut, I try for several months to get fixed, the manager (or owner) told me to bring it after a review I've posted on internet, they took the truck to check it, the manager of the service department ( a shameless liar) told me several times "it was ready" "it is on detailing", I just lost the count on how many times told me that and called me back to say come "next week", after two months of dealing with this situation, I stopped by the dealer just to find the truck at the same conditions, I took the truck to another mechanic shop (a real one) after working on the truck they found that the truck had been crashed before, and when they install the airbag back in place, they installed the wires on a wrong spot causing shortcut for a scratch on the body, they told me that the truck was " highly inspected" just lies, and lies, never ever buy a car on this dealer

Scam artists delight
I went to look at a new civic here. The listing price online was $24,315. The piece of paper they had me looking at had the sale price at $27,315. After all of the bs add ons, the price came out to $30,315. They also offered me well under the Kelly blue book value for my trade in. Like most most dealerships, these people are scam artists.
I truly apologize that we missed the mark regarding your recent purchase. We take pride in providing transparency and honesty in every interaction. I would never want any customer to be made to feel misled or treated poorly. Please contact me to discuss this, John Frazier, General Manager 214-929-5926.
I saw an add for a 2021 Civic Sport Sedan for $22,750. I emailed the dealership and they said actual price is $25,750, with all of their "add-ons". That was before ttl and whatever else they can think of. FALSE ADVERTISING, Jacob N.!!
Excellent Customer service
Best dealership I’ve dealt with from sales, parts, and service. Would highly recommend! Brandon Wine and Jarrett Watson will take good care of you. Will continue to do business here for many car purchases to come
Go somewhere else for a used car
I went to Honda of Rockwall to look at a used truck. The sales person was helpful, but still - well - you know, a salesperson... Hyping vehicle and giving me wrong info about the vehicle. He also kept reminding me how crazy used car prices have become - how expensive they are. Then turned around and offered me a laughable "ballpark" on my trade-in - it was the kind of number ($3000) I would expect if I was pushing the my vehicle to his lot. When I told him I'd rather sell it myself, he said they may be able to do $5000 instead. Really? I'm not sure I've every found a dealership "truly looking out for the customer," but this was particularly smarmy.
I would NOT recommend this dealer. I had been dealing with sales person, Jaclyn, for several days regarding a used car. Upon reaching an agreed upon price and terms, i decided to purchase. I drove an hour to purchase the car. After waiting an hour and half in waiting room, I met with finance to finalize the purchase. It was there that I learned the terms were not what was agreed upon but actually EXTENDED from THE AGREED UPON 72 to 84 with the same payments another dealership quoted for just 72 months. That’s an entire year more of over $400 monthly payments! Now I know why this dealer has a 2 star on other sites. Do not buy here!
Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership
Simply the worst experience I've ever had with receiving an offer. Don't waste your time with these salesmen. After submitting a counter offer, I was told "don't waste my time" and then the salesman hung up.
