DARCARS Lexus of Mt. Kisco

Bruno was polite, responsive, and helped answer all my questions/concerns. First time purchasing a car from out of state and he made me feel comfortable about the process.

My experience working with Bruno at Darcars Lexus of Mt Kisco was fantastic. Not only is he extremely friendly, professional and genuinely kind, he is also a sales expert and was my advocate throughout the entire process. Since I live out of state in Massachusetts, I found the car online and made the purchase sight unseen, which can obviously be very intimidating. He made me feel reassured and comfortable the entire time, providing me with updates any time I asked and picking up my (way too many) calls/texts whenever I had a question. All said and done, it was so easy when I finally arrived at the dealership - the car was ready, detailed and glimmering in the sunlight. He handed me the keys and gave me a solid handshake before I drove off the lot. If you are looking to purchase a car (especially if you are out of state), this dealership comes highly recommended and the cars on the lot are all well maintained and fairly priced. 100/10 would recommend.

DARCAR Mt Kisco Dealership is extremely shady! Stay away. They sold me a car that had defective tires and a safety issue. When two tire garages confirmed that the tires would need to be replaced, the dealer refused to pay for the replacement. Even after the tire manufacturer agreed to covered some of the cost since the tires were under warrantee. The dealer made no effort to help address the situation. In addition, they falsified the transaction records by listing the sales price of the car lower than it was listed and listing their assurance program to account for the difference which they covered up by saying that they were thrown in the assurance program for free. The dealership is not honest and up front. I'm looking to file a complaint to the BBB and the DMV that's how disappointed I am with this establishment. Buyer beware

Has to follow up multiple times to find out status of my car registration. Poor communication in responding to customer service requests

I went to multiple lexus dealerships and was disappointed by the sales teams. I went through the Costco auto program and Mt. Kisco reached out to me within minutes. Lucas was a wonderful salesman, I was looking for a specific vehicle and he was able to find me one. Even with a few issues he was able to ease my stress and keep open communication. If you're looking to buy a Lexus I'd recommend asking for him. The manager Antonio was also able to help ease the pain over some frustrations. This dealership is about an hour away from me but if I had to get another I'd reach out to them first.
