I bought a used car online and never visited the dealership. I appreciate the efforts of my sales person, Yiannis, who was a Prince. The whole process was pretty seamless.

Johannis was very helpful, took the time with us, and helped us complete the purchase!

On Saturday, March 15, we purchased a 2022 Lexus RX 450 H at Mount Kisco Lexus. From the initial contact with Jazzelle to working with Yiannis and completing the transition with John, the process was picture perfect. We took a four hour train ride and we were picked up by Lucille, a retired New York City police officer who was professional and accommodating. The dealership was clean and very tastefully decorated. We met Yiannis who was courteous, welcoming, and very friendly. Yiannis did the majority of work to make the transaction effortless. He displayed attention to detail, immediate resolution of any concerns and went beyond expectations to meet our needs. We celebrate diversity equity and inclusion, and we’re impressed with a diverse cohesive team that worked together seamlessly. One characteristic that stands out in Yiannis‘s professionalism is his ability to listen to what the customer wants and to follow up on it promptly. Each request we had was quickly addressed and accomplished. Other dealerships have a lot to learn from Lexus of Mount Kisco. We completed the transition with John the finance manager. He provided information and cost , yet did not use high-pressure tactics to upsell services. He was very pleasant and had quite a good sense of humor. The vehicle was just as we expected , very clean and in excellent condition, and as a previous detailer, I can be quite fussy. However, the vehicle met my expectations. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Mount Kisco Lexus to anyone who is seeking a wonderful experience in purchasing a luxury vehicle. Thank you very much James Gambino

Matt and the used dealership was great. We talked via the phone and had everything prep and ready to go. The warranty guy, not so much. He was very pushy on a extended warranty after being told no 3-4 times. The only reason I deducted a star. We picked up a RX350 and was great process.
