Worked with Chaz to turn in my G37 lease early and upgrade to a Q50. It was a very easy transition and they were very flexible with me regarding timing of test drives and a showroom visit. Chaz promptly returned all my email questions in a very timely manner. This was my third Infiniti lease and fifth for our family. Everyone at Greenwich Infiniti has been great and I can't say enough about their wonderful service department!

I went to Infiniti of Greenwich and leased my 2016 Qx60 back in July. I dealt with Craig Noe. He made the intense and sometimes frustrating shopping for a new car very easy and peaceful. He was very understanding, and knowledgeable about the vehicle.

They called me wanting to buy out my lease. Luis found the color, model of the car that I wanted that included the package that I wanted. The price of the lease was acceptable and within three days I had my new car. The financial part of the purchase was easy although I felt like I signed my life away. Luis showed me how to use certain features that I wasn't familiar with.
