**UPDATE** Although Antoine was a nice kid and helpful, this aftersale of this turned out AWFUL! I chose Clement because a family member purchased from them as well as a good friend, However, I have since learned they used Clement in St. Charles. Wish I would have known that sooner. I had seen the vehicle I wanted over the weekend. Contacted them via Chat on Monday 3/24 to negotiate the price as I already had preapproval. Price negotiated and went to the bank to have a bank draft ready for them. Sale went smooth, they told me they would have the vehicle cleaned up and gassed up when I got there. After all paper work was signed, I got the keys and was driving away...the fill up...half a tank, the clean up, still had grase and dirt on both visors and room headliner in front as well as the Park Assist would not go on and the message said it needed service. Came back an hour later and saw my sales guy and he said no problem send him a text and he will get it taken care. This made me happy and I left. The next day on my way to work, the main screen would cut off and go black and then back on. This scared me as I just purchased a $30,000.00 vehicle and now it has Electrical problems! I sent a chat via the chat support on their website on 3/27 and asked how I used the 5 day guarantee. the chat asked my information and I gave it all and they said someone would get back to me. No one did. I text my sales person who responded he was having teeth pulled and would not be in. He even sent a pic of him in the dental chair. SO I went to the facility yet again. Said I wanted to use the 5 day return, and I researched vehicles with them that kept with the same purchase price. A General Manager name Jeff wheeler came out. Again I explained the electrical problem the park assist problem and the cleanliness and the fact that now that the "NEW CAR SMELL" they put in the vehicles wore off, my vehicle smelled like pot. I explained I wanted to use the 5 day return policy while I was still in the time frame and mileage. He said that their other facility dealt with Jeeps and it could be fixed with Mopar parts and it all fell under my warranty and everything would be taken care of. He would get with my sales person, Antoine to set this up. I explained that I wanted to stay within my trade in time and warranty time and he said it would be no problem. SO he sent antoine a text to set me up with service and told me I would hear from him the Next day. The next day I text Antoine because I had not heard anything. Said he would follow up and later in the day he finally responded that the service department was closed. I told him If I did not hear anything by Monday I was contacting the Attorney General. Nothing came of it. The pushed and pushed back dates to not have to keep the Promise they advertise of love or return it. I did not want a refund, I wanted a vehicle worthy of the $30,000.00 I had to spend. I followed all the fine print and even emailed guest services like the warranty says you have to do and guess what, no response. I have saved every text and printed off the email to now contact the attorney general. I am also filing with the BBB as well as spreading to every site that I can to avoid Clement in Florissant at all costs. It is a scam and it is a shame that this location has to give the other good locations a bad name.

Lajuan Peppers, is the only man of integrity in this entire company. God bless that man! He should be running the place. I’ve had a terrible experience with Clement Pre-Owned in Florissant, and I feel it’s important to share so others can be aware. From the beginning, they falsified information on both my insurance applications and consumer credit documents — listing me as married (I’m not), a homeowner (also not true), and falsely claiming my monthly housing payment was $500. None of that is accurate. I’m currently in an ongoing dispute with them and the Attorney General’s office, and so far, Clement has made zero effort to correct or take responsibility for the situation. On top of that, they sold me a warranty that turned out to be completely useless. When my vehicle needed repairs, I ended up paying nearly double the cost of the warranty out of pocket, just to get basic work done — and this was at a Chevy manufacturer-certified service shop. Worse, they held my car for four months and when I finally got it back, the check engine light was still on. The car was returned with loose wires hanging, unattached housing units, and a strong pull to the right — a problem that didn’t exist before I brought it in. Now the vehicle won’t even align correctly, and the damage appears to be worse than when I dropped it off. If I could give less than one star, I would. Please be cautious and double-check everything if you choose to do business with this dealership. I would not recommend Clement Pre-Owned Florissant to anyone.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Mark Linomaz is the worst salesman I’ve ever encountered and his manager Scott is creepy, overbearing and rude. I would never recommend a female to purchase a vehicle here. The whole process has been an absolute nightmare. First they sold me a truck with a rusted frame, after having it inspected I was able to do the exchange policy. The second truck they sold me, one of the side mirrors fell off on my way home from the dealership. Took that truck to get inspected as well and they left a plastic bag covering something in the engine. I was told in writing that they would fix these issues and three weeks later I still have no updates and Mark and Scott won’t return my calls. Don’t waste your time, money or sanity shopping here. It’s a waste of time and they don’t deserve your business. You will regret it.

They sold me a vehicle with a broken windshield promising
They sold me a vehicle with a broken windshield promising it would be fixed never fixed it battery keeps dying on the hybrid blown speaker on the right Driver side, nobody is responding to me. The temp tag expired. Can’t get it legal without an updated inspection and the windshield is broken and I’ve gotten pulled over because of it.

I purchased a car on 11/22 and still have not been able
I purchased a car on 11/22 and still have not been able to drive it.I have been trough so much with this company I do not recommend anyone to them all they want is to take peoples money. There warranty is not worth anything the service is sad they scratched my car at it’s repair shop. I paid cash for a vehicle that immediately had to go into a repair shop. 13000 and still no car. I am stressed and saddened that a company can take advantage of people and have no remorse about putting people in these types of situations. Please do not go to this establishment for a car.
