I purchased a 2015 Escalade ESV from these people about month ago. had the car less than a week and it developed an exhaust leak into hvac system inside vehicle. Took it there three times and they kept telling me they fixed it and they didn’t. They then told me they wanted to unwind deal and send Escalade to auction to avoid any liability. I just drove past there yesterday and vehicle is in parking lot out by road and is listed for sale again. They blasted my credit out to 12-15 banks and drastically affected my credit score when they told me there would only be one hard pull. Shortly after I was able to purchase from autonation in Denver with no money down and got financing through local credit union at much lower apr when highline pushed my deal through a scummy lender named veros credit which was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favor and avoid going here

Shop somewhere else!! Bought a car over 2 months ago, and still don't have a legitimate title. Car was repossessed from the previous owner by the bank. Highline Motors had physical possession of the car but doesn't have legitimate title. According to the County Clerk, there is still has a lien on the car and Highline Motors couldn't legitimately sell it until the title was in their name and the lien cleared. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. In short, I still don't have a title and can't get it licensed.

Great service, very accommodating. Had a couple issues with the car and they took care of it right away. Followed up to make sure everything was okay. Very friendly, helpful and professional.
