Write a reviewGreat experience!!
Because of the low dealer rating, I didn’t want to be dissatisfied after driving over two hours to see a particular car. I shared my concern and Carl (salesman) explained the rating. I took a chance and I’m so glad I did! The sales team and finance team get 5 stars! The 2020 Tahoe I bought also gets 5 stars. The detail team who cleans the cars also get 5 stars! I’m not one to give stars easily but positive recognition when deserved is justified. The entire experience was positive and I highly recommend Grand Motorcars Kennesaw! Don’t let the bad comments scare you! They were great to deal with!
Beware of having your time wasted
Called before coming on this black Friday. We spoke with an AB. After testing driving we returned to the dealership and was told the car was sold by the Manager Oz. We left the end.
Not forthcoming and or honorable
We came to look at a certain vehicle - the person we originally had an appointment with never showed up. We were helped by another gentleman named Mel who was nice to work with but was at the mercy of his manager on a lot of decisions. They first said I couldn’t use my own financing and tried to get me to do in house and advised me to refinance with my bank. I went to meet with my banker and received a message that they would allow my bank financing. While in the loan process- after days of multiple faxing and phone calls between my bank and the dealership we received a text from the salesman today saying that the vehicle was sold to someone else and was being delivered. No working til after it was gone. And no way to speed up a process we were already locked into and approved to be. When I expressed how wrong I felt we had just been done I was flatly told “we don’t hold vehicles” and had never been told that before. Be wary of this place if you don’t want to do everything their way or don’t have cash. I now have a hard pull on my credit, a loan in final approval for a vehicle that isn’t even obtainable, and a lot of wasted time and energy.
I went to purchase a car and I ended up with salesperson
I went to purchase a car and I ended up with salesperson Mr. Detroit Mike from the start until the end of the process he was GREAT. He was pleasant, friendly, and very patient with me. If I ever have to do this again he will surley be the person I would want to help me. As a matter of fact I will be referring anybody that I know who need a car to him.THANKS Mr. Detroit Mike your service was greatly appreciated. Oh, by the way I did get the car!!!!!
I am noticing a theme with this dealership and it's that
I am noticing a theme with this dealership and it's that you have to beg them to do their jobs. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a dealership especially being a long-distance buyer. My sales associate never told me the vehicle had been in a severe accident and was nearly totaled. They also told me the vehicle would be towed to be delivered. Come to find out, they drove the vehicle to my house adding almost 300 miles to the vehicle which was never disclosed. The car broke down on me less than a week after I purchased it. When I inquired about the car’s issues, the dealership told me I owned the car and they didn’t care what happened once it left their lot. They have been outrageously rude to me since then; not helping me at all. They also lied saying the extended warranty was an added on factory warranty to the vehicle. They charged me for the warranty and will not help me cancel the warranty at all even though I’ve been trying for weeks. In fact, it’s almost impossible to get them to answer the phone. On to finance, the man didn't explain any of the papers while we were signing. It was extremely rushed and when I asked why the car ended up being more than asking price after I put 15k down, he had no answers. I went to another dealership to get clarification after the fact. Like I said, I have since been calling the finance person to remove the extended warranty after deciding I don't want it, and it's like begging all over again. Long story short, do NOT use this dealership if you can help it and if they say ANYTHING about a factory warranty, read carefully about the thousands of dollar charge.
Thank you for review/s

BEWARE OF SALESMAN JOSHUA AARONS
We had dealt with Joshua Aarons over the phone as we were from several hours away. After reading reviews we changed our minds about this dealership and let the salesman know. He was AWFUL to us. He bombed my phone with ugly words and text. If this is the kind of people you wish to deal with, have at it. I was glad we took our business elsewhere! And yes, I have screenshots of EVERYTHING he said to me regarding the sell of a car to my 77 year old Mother. BEWARE!
I was just about to call dealer. But….
I was looking at the Maserati here, but the drive down from Texas to have the issues I see here , Nah I’m good. The Real: “One person can lie, 2 people can conspire, but 3 or more, someone is telling the truth! What a shame. Pure and adulterated shamelessness. It’s not the cars fault people , it’s the people behind the cars.
