Service was great and timely. George checked me in, I explained that Jerry Hood had granted me a free oil change last Aug. I told George I wanted the... works performed on the car and I was more then willing to pay for this checkup. Much to my surprise, no charges for these services was billed to me. Its these kinds of gestures that bring customers coming back. This may have seemed like a small gesture to A.H. Ford, but to me, this made my day and shows me AHF appreciates their customers. I had stopped in 2 weeks prior to this visit, I lost my dashboard lights and immediately drove to AHF. They immediately fixed the problem by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, it did the trick. Even tho it was super busy, they took the time to help me. Many thanks to the A.H. Ford team.
