The only issue I had was with an employee that came right out and told me that there was more money to be had off the vehicle...when there was not. She simply used the tactic to get me into the dealership. I am a very straightforward customer and my desire is to deal with people that treat me the same way. I won't let the experience sour me on the car or the deal...but, I will be a bit more on guard next time I deal with them.
