5000 mile maintenance
I had an appointment at 10:00. I arrived 10 minutes early and was there until 11:35. They said it would take less than an hour. I am not sure what has happened with the service department but I don’t enjoy going there anymore. When Andy and Mr. Tyree was there I enjoyed going, it was like going to your neighborhood mechanic shop. Once the car is out of warranty I will choose another place for oil changes. One hour and forty five minutes is ridiculous!

I purchased a vehicle and approx. 2 months later it needed a repair. There was an issue regarding the warranty, but after speaking to A.J. the problem was resolved and the repair and cost was taken care of.

Misleading
I was told two different prices and neither one was right. I was charged 250 more than expected. I paid 330 in labor and only 186 in parts. Morgan is who I spoke with when I asked about prices and to set up my appointment. Matt is who my wife talked too and he never mentioned anything about the 330 in labor either. This is sad and ridiculous. then Matt tried to lie and said he did which he didn’t. So sad. Matt also tried to get rude with me when I explained to him. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to Jeff Wyler to get there car serviced by these people.
