Phil was excellent to work with. It took my wife and I...

Phil was excellent to work with. It took my wife and I over three months to narrow down our choices, look at vehicles and get our finances in order. Throughout the whole ordeal Phil was very patient. He listened to our needs, wants, desires and problems. Phil then helped us work through to our final selection and then ensured that we got the best combination of rebates and discounts offered by both the dealership and the manufacturer. Phil ran our financing through several lenders and got us the best rate with the best terms to finance this deal. Mark ensured that all the financing was in order, explained the details thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Mark made sure that all the "t"s were crossed and that all the "i"s were dotted. He helped my wife and I to stay comfortable with the money end of the deal. Phil Beach has since been promoted but I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Springfield Automall and any of the sales reps there. While you're there, stop by both Phil's and Mark's offices and tell 'em Shayne said hi!

Bought 2012 in Feb. Nice car. This was my first oil...

Bought 2012 in Feb. Nice car. This was my first oil change. Spoke with service rep on phone and he gave me advice on length of time between oil changes and type of oil. I hope this continues to be a good service experience. The car was purchased from Ken Berry....very good transaction. Ken did not hound us about the purchase but called back when we left message for him. Nice job Ken.....and thanks.

We have used Jeff Wyler for many years, returning to Jeff Coburn for each purchase because of the excellent service we've received both during the sale and after. His follow thru and follow up is above and beyond excellent. We will continue to come to him and to Jeff Wyler Auto Mall for all our Car Buying needs.

Even though the problem with my 2007 dodge NITRO was complicated, they were very thorough, sure and took the time to insure the fix was correct by testing it 5-6 times. At all times, EVERYONE I had any contact with was friendly, courteous, and attentive

Great experience...great price on new Tundra...I spent...

Great experience...great price on new Tundra...I spent two months shopping in Dayton and found what I wanted at Springfield...worth the drive...I traded in a one owner Tacoma and got a great deal and someone will get a great used truck. Saw your add on TV and checked out the web site and now I've got a 2013 Tundra...We couldn't be happier...

I went in to see if it was possible to purchase a new car...

I went in to see if it was possible to purchase a new car and keep the price near what I was paying. Tom was busy when I went but Brandy started the process and was very helpful and professional. Working with Tom was a treat--no car dealership games!!! Melissa went through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I found a car I loved and a price within the range I had allowed myself. From arrival till I drove off the lot in my new Hyundai--only 2 and a half hours. I'm sure I'll have questions as I drive this car and I'm equally sure that Tom and the others will cheerfully answer them for me.
