This dealership and Jacob Prince are absolutely the best.

This dealership and Jacob Prince are absolutely the best. Such an upfront, honest and professional experience. I would highly recommend! I live two states away but after dealing with two local dealers in my are (Nashville) and having horrible experiences I decided to buy out of state and have the car shipped. Couldn’t be happier.

This dealership and Jacob Prince are absolutely the best. Such an upfront, honest and professional experience. I would highly recommend! They told me that the bank picked my car

Something is not right with this company at this location on ambassador. These people lie about your credit score, give you a super high interest rate then tell you that the bank selected the card for you. I went somewhere else and got approved for a better car with less mileage and my credit score wasn’t what they told me. They try to sell me only the less selected vehicles and when I found something that was about the same price, they would tell me no or that I had to put down a much larger amount for something about $100-300 difference. They asked to show them my bank account info. The price was dropped the next day by $1,000 but they said that the internet price isn’t correct. Not sure if they treated me this way because I’m a woman. I hope my race didn’t have anything to do with it. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’m now driving in my new car that I got the same day from another well known company.

The Worse I ever had.

Worse experience I ever had buying a vehicle. I bought my vehicle from them in April 2018. I just received my license plate. And this was after I told them three times my address was in correct. Kodi was my salesperson. And is the worse salesperson I ever dealt with. He bullied me to not call my husband to discuss even buying the car. I should have walked out then. The weatherstripping in my sunroof was old and worn out and did not even connect and he told me that was how it was supposed to be. After I left the dealership it totally tore off. When he did give me a date to get with his dealership he told me that the part only cost $25 each and there really was no reason to drive over there. So I decided to go to the Lincoln dealership where I lived. At which it cost me $635. Back to the license plate. I called Kodi to see where it was. I specifically asked him if he had the correct address and in his text he told me that "the girl who put the note on his desk said yes. Needless to say I got a phone call a couple of days later from someone else asking for my address yet a third time. I asked for the salesperson manager email address. I sent two emails. 2 weeks later today I still have heard nothing back from the manager! Never in my life will I even consider buying a car from them. And I will deter anyone from buying from them. I am to the point that I don't even like my car anymore and I don't drive it.
