I’ve been a customer of Kenny Ross South for over a decade. They do all my service and maintenance. Any issues I’ve had John Eberline addressed personally to my complete satisfaction. The service bar had already been set high when I sat down with Casandra Maier to finalize the deal Jeremy and I agreed upon. Both Jeremy and Casandra provided exceptional service. Casandra was warm and accommodating understanding my particular warranty needs and budget restrictions. The icing on the cake was Rocky, he sold me my first new car and he made a special trip over to say hello during the transaction. To say I was very satisfied with my experience would be an understatement. EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP.
