Mike's daughter bought a vehicle from us this past Saturday, and he was aware of the purchase using his car as a trade-in for his daughter's deal. He was in contact with her several times during the sale, and today he brought in his title to sign over to us. He entered the showroom and was hostile towards the staff and me. He said he would not sign off on the trade unless we gave him more money for his trade outside of the car deal. I explained to him that we do not do that, and I offered to have his daughter bring back the car because he would not finalize the deal. He called me a vulgar name and then told customers in the showroom that we took advantage of his daughter, even though he knew the details of the transaction.

The service as always was excellent.

The service as always was excellent. I believe it was Myles that checked me in and he answered my concern about the recall announced two years ago for my car. Mark then talked to me about recommendations that the technician suggested and sent me a video from the technician. If anyone I knew was getting a new car I would recommend Kenny Ross for the service. It is the best I have experienced and I have a lot of experience.
