Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. However upon completion of my appointment, oil change and inspections, my truck was given back to me with my OBD2 harness hanging out from the bottom of my dashboard. Also, my floor mats were covered in brown dust from the mechanics boots and my custom Katzkin leather seats were not covered to protect them from grease and dirt. I bought the truck from you guys and paid nearly 70k cash for it. I was not offered a car wash after my service and as I stated I received my vehicle back from you dirtier than before I dropped it off. I wasn’t going to complain about any of this and just let it go but I have received about 10 texts and emails from you since my appointment. That’s an inappropriate amount of spamming in my opinion.

The experience buying the car was great but on the drive
The experience buying the car was great but on the drive home we realized there was a small crack in the windshield on the passenger side. When we tried to reach our salesperson we didn’t receive a call back. We texted also with a picture and still no response. Then we finally had to call again the next day. They knew about the crack and didn’t inform us.
