Bait and switch!!!

They clearly bait and switch. I inquired about a 2008 Acura MDX and was told it was available, but then shortly after I was told it was not available. 3 days went by and the car is still on their site. I inquire and am told it's available, so I made an appointment to test drive at 11:30 am the next day. When I got there, Jared (who I was supposed to ask for) wasn't even working that day, and I was told the car was unavailable. That's an hour wasted. Another 2 days later and the car is still on their site!

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!

Sales staff was great, went above and beyond our expectations. The Charger we bought was in excellent condition, almost looked new, with brand new tires and brakes. Financing was better than what I could get at my own credit union. We were in and out with our "new" Charger in under an hour. Thank you to all who helped us at Luther Used Car Company!!

Great experience selling because of David

Excellent experience. We called & spoke with Amanda. Two days later David came & was an absolutely wonderful man with us. He made it easy to sell. We agreed on a price. He explained in detail how it all works. Two days later they came & gave her a check & took her car. Everyone we dealt with was terrific. This sale was easy & fast. A very special huge THANK YOU to David for being so great. What a wonderful team of employees. Happy Holidays.

Very disorganized staff. The vehicle had not been inspected yet but they wanted money down. Gave me a total. Which was way too high. The vehicle was filthy inside with a ripped driver seat yet price was high book. The vehicle didn't pass inspection.

Vehicle wasn't ready, 1/4 tank of gas. Sticker glue inside window, battery was dead after sitting in garage for week. I was not a happy customer.

This review is in regards to Luther Bargain lot. Typical used car lot. They blow sunshine up your xxx to make a sale. Had car one week and then major breakdown. problem had been hidden so it wouldn’t present during sale. Problem would have been hard to miss during other work that had just been done by Luther. When people ask where I got my vehicle, I can only tell them where NOT to go. It’s clear why they push the extended warranty, That’s the best thing they did for me. Other wise I would be stuck with the cost of repairs they missed.
