We had an excellent experience working with Devin Thorpe at Luther Used Car Company. He handled our transaction and walked us through all of the paperwork to finalize the purchase of our Dodge Ram. Devin was courteous, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while answering all of our questions. I purchased the truck with my 21-year-old son, and since this was his first time going through the car-buying process, Devin went above and beyond to make sure he fully understood every step. Thanks to Devin’s patience and clear explanations, my son will carry this knowledge with him for future car purchases. What really stood out was Devin’s passion for his job and the way he helped us through any rough spots with ease and kindness. We felt extremely comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated his professionalism. She did an excellent job providing us with all the information about the Dodge Ram truck we were interested in, from the detailed vehicle history report to their thorough internal inspection. Megan was very open and transparent with everything she knew about the vehicle, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. She was friendly, encouraging, and never pressured us at any point. Instead, she guided us with honesty and professionalism, creating a smooth experience from beginning to end. We worked with Mike and Ben on our vehicle purchase in June of 2025. During the process, we told Ben we were also considering other dealerships. In response, Ben strongly encouraged us to buy from Luther, emphasizing that their vehicles were higher quality and that Luther stands behind their cars, unlike other dealers. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. Just six weeks after the purchase, the vehicle suffered a major transmission failure. When we reached out to Ben for support, we were told that the vehicle was sold as-is and that Luther would not offer any assistance—completely contradicting what was said before the sale. In hindsight, it feels like Ben was willing to say whatever was necessary to close the deal. This experience has left us feeling misled and unsupported. I would not recommend this dealership. They do not stand behind their vehicles, and once the sale is made, they no longer seem to care about you as a customer.

Megan and Devan were great to work with. The car was a fair price for a used vehicle that had been combed through and updated. Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly people. I would definitely recommend them and probably will go back.
