Disappointing transaction.

Disappointing transaction. Felt like I was a number on the ticker at the end of a deadline. There were positives in this deal, certain people who delivered but overall just not satisfied with the overall service from this dealership

Chris Stahl was very helpful through the entire process

Just unfriendly to start with in the service department.

Just unfriendly to start with in the service department. The intake person wouldn't give me the time of day, never acknowledged me, and never even used my name. However, the assigned service person, Adrianna, was terrific. She answered all my questions and made sure I was informed on the status of my car. These people, except for Adrianna, need training in customer relationship management starting with simply how to greet a customer. Just xxxx disrespectful. The literally told me he washed his hand of my service needs and that the woman would take over and handle me.

Our family had a great experience shopping for a new car

Our family had a great experience shopping for a new car at this dealership. They seemed to have a bigger stock of vehicles compared to other dealers in the area. We went in there knowing the exact vehicle we wanted and the price we were willing to pay for it. Our sales manager (Ahmed) along with Jaden went out of their way to get very close to the price we asked for. They treated us with care and respect throughout the process and that matters a lot to us as customers. We ended up buying and taking the vehicle home, happy and content with the deal we got.
