I left my 2018 Volt as I was leaving on vacation.

I left my 2018 Volt as I was leaving on vacation. They diagnosed the problem & repaired it under warranty. I picked up my car after I returned & was pleased to having it working again!

This dealership is amazing and the people working there

This dealership is amazing and the people working there make it so. Derek, Ty and Jesus were helping me out and went above and beyond for me. Very professional, attentive as well as genuinely good and sincere people . They all were a pleasure to work with. Thank you for taking care of me guys ! You are truly a wonderful team and I appreciate you. And the dealership itself is very nice and neat which adds to the positive experience.

The total process I didn't like, I didn't get a call

The total process I didn't like, I didn't get a call after the inspection to see if anything was recommended, couldn't get an lyft right setup if I wasn't within 10 miles, when picking up the vehicle they didn't go over and didn't receive a multi point inspection, my percentage indicator wasn't rest, it was still on service mode and they couldn't was the car. I spent over $1300 and when I saw the receipt there was a surcharge for something and they didn't tell me anything about a surcharge so I ended up paying more than $1400

I brought my 2023 1500 Silverado TB in to get checked out

I brought my 2023 1500 Silverado TB in to get checked out because of engine noise and a vibration that was happening at medium speeds. After 2 days, the diagnosis was tire noise due to scalloping. I was not given any paperwork to show the wear on the tires, nor was I given any explanation as to why my truck with only 25,000 miles already needed the tires replaced. No tire balance check, no wheel inspection, no alignment check, no suspension check, just replace the tires they said. The best part was they wrote up that the wear on the tires was due to lack of tire rotations. That was interesting considering I've done all my services at Premier Chevrolet so they admitted they weren't doing the job they got paid for but I am supposed to fork over the cash to replace the tires. Worst experience I've ever had getting service from a dealership, I will definitely be looking for a new one until the warranty expires.
