PREMIER Kia of Carlsbad

I was surprised at the poor attitude and disrespect that the entire service department has for customers. They do not answer the phone voice messages are not returned and repairs take far longer than I have experienced at any other dealership. When brought to their attention, they are unapologetic and rude. My spouse and I are were both going to buy new kias from next month, but not now.

Had the best experience a buyer could ask for! If I could recommend anyone looking for a car new or used, you have to ask for Miguel Flores! He helped me and my family find the perfect vehicle for our needs and was always 100% open and honest about everything. If you need someone who will go above and beyond to get you the car you need this is the guy! If I could give him 10 stars for his patience and understanding and not pressuring us just to make a deal I would! Thank you Kia for having great team!

Ryan Munesato was my salesperson and he was great. He was very easy to communicate with and explained everything about the car in detail to me before I took the car home. I was a long distance buyer and he put in the effort to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

He was straight forward and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Extremely knowledgeable about the car and took the time to explain all features to our daughter. We worked with Ryan M to buy our daughter’s first car and it was a really pleasant experience all around. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. He spent a lot of time with her showing her all the features of her new car so she felt comfortable driving away in it. The whole process was easy and smooth because of Ryan. Great experience at Premier Kia - our salesman, Ryan Munesato, was super attentive. We knew what model we wanted, the Kia Soul, but had a choice of two at the same price and had trouble deciding on the color! If that's the only problem you have with a car dealer, you're doing great. Good experience with everyone there, finance guy, etc. Would definitely go back. I wish I could have gotten both colors! Ha! Would definitely recommend Premier Kia and Ryan.

After looking at many different dealerships, I was happy to have met Ryan at Kia of Carlsbad. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to find me everything on my check list! He also made the process of purchasing easy and quickly. But the thing that impressed me the most was after 6 months he remembered me and my husband. That showed me he actually cares about his costumers and you’re just not a sale to him.
