Sales Manager Holden was dishonest and misleading.
Sales Manager Holden was dishonest and misleading. He informed us of a mandatory fee on our invoice of $2,995 for a PPP+ which was a paint, leather, collision credit and physical products. It was stated this was a mandatory fee. This was later learned days later that this was not a mandatory fee and was an add-on that could have been requested or declined. I spoke to the General Sales Manager Josh who confirmed this was not a mandatory fee but since I signed for it it is non-refundable. While I attempted to gain empathy from him due to being purposefully mislead by his sales manager, he stated that was never told to us. My Husband is a witness and can confirm that Holden stated this was a mandatory fee placed by the local dealership. This seems like a dirty sales tactic that they hope will just be absorbed and not questioned. They most likely do this to many customers. I will not do business with this dishonest dealership again and caution all not do business with them either.

I bought a 2021 gladiator, two months later engine light
I bought a 2021 gladiator, two months later engine light on . Went to the dealership and the car has $7000 in the report that toke one week from may the 12 , leave several messages to the service manager and Mandy the adviser . Went again to the dealership and she want me to charge for everything wen I bought an extended warranty. It’s may the 23 and the car still in the shop . Again called Mandy an still waiting for her to call me back . Awful customer service !! Don’t buy here !!!!!!
