My son goes to school in Columbia, and being 1700 miles

My son goes to school in Columbia, and being 1700 miles away, it is nice to know that there is a dealership out there that cares about its customers. Ryan at Kia of Columbia was accommodating and understanding. He took care of us like we were part of the Kia family, just like being at home. It is nice to know my son is in great hands with his Kia 1700 miles from home. Job well done, and thank you Ryan!!!

I rate a ZERO!

I rate a ZERO! Service Mgr. Chris McQuegge is the biggest JERK. Has no business being in customer service!!! Was rude from the beginning. I asked why he was giving me attitude when I was just trying to figure out what was going on. I even thanked him at the end of the conversation and his response was "YEP" and hung up on me! When I complained to Matthew (General Mgr.), he stated they get yelled at a lot. Well, no wonder! I can see him being rude if I was rude, but I wasn't rude! Told me they were trying to do us a favor! Doing your job is a favor? No communications between him and the techs! Left message after message with no response! Had to keep calling back. FORGET KIA! No way would I ever do business with such a corrupt company! They don't stand behind their word or their warranties because they know the vehicles are JUNK! Matthew also stated he has so many cars towed in a day that he doesn't have room for them! They have people on a waiting list for a rental car because they sell JUNK!!! Lesson learned! NEVER EVER AGAIN! So, if you are thinking about getting a KIA, I would think again. If you really want one, go to a different dealership! Their salesman maybe nice, but the service of KIA of Columbia sucks!

Novy is outstanding as always.

Novy is outstanding as always. This is the fourth car I have bought from him and have had good luck on all of them. He is extremely honest and easy to talk to. If I had one complaint is that there is no military discount on used cars.

Novy was excellent to deal with and very understanding of

Novy was excellent to deal with and very understanding of our time table. I was somewhat upset to receive a text from a manager basically asking why we didnt buy immediately, even though we'd explained our timeline to Novy. If I didnt already have a knowledge of Novy, I very well might have walked away as it felt overly pushy to receive a text not even 12 hours after test driving the car, asking what went wrong and why we didnt buy.

We bought this vehicle completely online from out of

We bought this vehicle completely online from out of town. We drove up to Columbia, Missouri from Florida to pick up our new “to us” jeep. Our sales person Novi treated us great. It was a smooth transaction and we were very impressed with the service at Columbia Kia. We received a fair trade evaluation for our vehicle and there were no surprises when we arrived. We would definitely do business with them again great people.

Lack of communication.

Lack of communication. Says about a car that he has to get rid of but never seen it. I’m giving this person a 1 star. I had my hopes up but saying giving me a car from a ex wife. I’m very disappointed. I don’t know how can anyone say something and never seen the car in person. Your employee has some issues and needs to speak to customers properly and nicely. Kia was great today!

Kia was great today! Novy and the sales manager were both no pressure, gave us all the time we needed and answered every question. I hadn’t planned to buy a car today, we were just looking, but they were so great I really couldn’t resist. Cannot recommend Novy enough if you want a great car buying experience

Update: The Sorento drives fine still today, no issues

Update: The Sorento drives fine still today, no issues thus far. Coming up on its 89K of its life. Throughout the purchasing process, Novy made sure all questions were answered, he knew how nervous we were and made us feel at ease by going over key facts and assurances. The finance office approach is different, they wanted to close and provided protections for the vehicle. One such purchase that I did not need, was the chrome wheel protection; be wary of addons at closing. Happy to say, the experience was very pleasant throughout with Novy and even drove over 200 miles again to purchase our daughter a car with him. The dealer and with Novy, is a sure sell.
