If there was a negative star rating this dealership’s service department would receive that. Probably had the worst customer service we’ve ever received. Our son’s vehicle went in for repairs 8 months ago. Price went from around $4000 to over $13000 and it barely runs. We had to drive from Western Canada to help out with a vehicle because of their incompetence. Poor communication. Not an apology for anything, just a series of excuses. We’ve had volkswagen products from Canada for 10 years with great service. This is unbelievable. Buy your vehicle elsewhere - wouldn’t use this service department for anything!
