So I took my truck in a week ago for a basic service of

So I took my truck in a week ago for a basic service of news tires and an alignment, now mind you before this basic maintenance and up keep my alignment was GREAT!!! my tires where not terrible but the tread was low. Now my alignment has a pull to the right and my tires are riding like they are out of balance!!!! I already to my truck back for a 2nd repair and the issue is still happening my alignment is STILL PULLING TO THE RIGHT!!!!! And my truck a riding rough as I stated like the wheels need a balance and rotation!!!! So for 1400.00 imma now have to call corporate and get them involved as I don’t understand why dealership #365 can not get this issue resolved on the Lowest level!!!

Sold me a lemon after I put thousands into the deal and

Sold me a lemon after I put thousands into the deal and the car left me on the side of the road 3 weeks later. I ended up putting $12k into the car between the deal and the repairs. I went back to them asking what they could do to make it right. They offered to trade the car for less than half the value they said the car was worth 3 weeks ago. I ended up going to another dealership and trading it before the car got worse. I’m not $10k underwater so technically I’ve burned $22k in a matter of 3 weeks dealing with these shady people. The manager, Guy is quite literally the worst and slimiest person I’ve professionally met and everyone should steer clear of him and his goons.

Absolute scam of a dealership.

Absolute scam of a dealership. The manager, Guy is the shadiest person I’ve encountered professionally. They sold me a lemon and 3 weeks later it left me broke down on the side of the road. I went back asking what they could do to make it right. Their idea of helping was offering to trade the car for less than half of what they claimed it was worth 3 weeks ago. I wish I could give them zero star. So I have called and emailed twice to Jake Newton about the lemon they sold me and still no response. I even emailed the list of stuff that Honda found. They are a terrible company.

Terrible.

Terrible. Sold a DODGE diesel to my grandson. Transmission out 2 days into driving. Said they would work with us. Will not call back. West Knoxville Dodge- Jeep dealership would not be a dealer I would ever buy from again. They sold my 17 year old grandson a deleted & tuned Dodge Cummins diesel truck on a Thursday. He drove it home that evening & was out of town from Friday thru Sunday. On Tuesday the transmission went out in the middle of a busy road. The truck wouldn’t move & had to be towed to a dealership here in town. West Knoxville CDJ was contacted multiple times by us & the dealer here. We were given the runaround many times, wouldn’t return phone calls, then finally 2 different employees told us they would work with us to resolve the situation. Crickets!!!!! Not another call. We have taken the truck to be repaired. This is a sad situation for a young man trying to have the truck of his dreams & having to put in a new transmission. Never deal with this business ever again.

Bought a 2025 Ram almost three months ago.

Bought a 2025 Ram almost three months ago. Part of the deal was they put in a spray in bed liner. They’d call me first of the week to schedule it. Never called, I had to call them and get a manger involved to get it moving. In the mean time we noticed a light on the steering wheel constantly flashing, and none of the outlets in the back were working. Sent them a video of the flashing steering wheel light to the cell number they provided. They made a service appointment and said they’d get it fixed and I’d only take a couple days. Over a week later I call and they said oh yeah it’s ready. Go to pick it up and noticed the light was still flashing and asked if they even fixed the outlets and they claimed they didn’t know about the light and they only thought it was one of the outlets not all of them. At this point I talked to one of the managers I had dealt with during the buying process Carson Stewart. He said he had no idea this was happening and game me his personal cell so he could deal with it from here on. It’d be 6 days to get the parts. Now three weeks later I’ve texted and called that cell leaving messages and have been igonred. Called the dealership and he’s always busy so I left a message. Again nothing. So it looks like I’ll have to make yet another trip out of the way to the dealership. Don’t read half this fake positive reviews probably left by employees. They’ll do anything for a sell than hang you out to drive, which is stupid because I buy a new car about every two years. Guess where I won’t be going back too. See you soon West Knoxville Ram, you can’t dodge me when I’m standing there in front of you

ABSOLUTELY horrible experience. My vehicle was given to me in horrible condition dirty upholstery detached from the frame. Sand in the back seat. A woman’s fingernail in the drive side window seal. Toothpicks in my center console. I took my car in 3 times in the first week to be cleaned, there is still a toothpick in my console to remind me how trash this place is. No one even checked my lights before selling it to me so I had to bring it back in 2 days after purchase to have 2 front lights fixed. this place is so shady. you can tell because of their current yelp rating. Horrible trash unprofessional. But nothing will happen and they will continue to take advantage of people.
