Cost $3,300 plus 5 day rental and still have problem.

Cost $3,300 plus 5 day rental and still have problem. Overcharged Underserved. $600 to drain gas tank, returned w 1/4 tank. Parts sold and installed that I probably did need since the problem persists. Vehicle exterior was not washed as indicated on invoice. I was double charged for a part which I caught by reviewing the invoice. Again all this “repair” and issue continues to be a concern. I was ripped off. This is my third Chrysler van. The Pacifica line has a bad history but I was hoping things were resolved! I’m done! All about sales!

I believe the work is good and delivered when stated.

I believe the work is good and delivered when stated. Nate did a great job of handling the service. However, I am not happy that a credit card fee is charged. I believe this is a cost of doing business. I often think about using another dealer to perform the service for my truck.
