Sold me a truck with a burned out windshield wiper motor.
Sold me a truck with a burned out windshield wiper motor. No valve stem covers. Called service about the problem and he told me to go get index and clean it. I guess thats supposed to be funny. Finance guy, bald headed one is a dick face. Kept us there until 9pm over xxxxxxxx insurance issues. Hooked me up with some xxxxx over the phone to get insurance. She wanted $900 down and $900 a month. I was able to put it on my wife's policy and that still wasn't good enough for that dick face. Any way about 9:30 he said just go. Went to my agent this morning. Got a policy for under $200. Now he keeps calling my wife. What the xxxx is wrong with him. xxxxty buying experience. Watch out for the PPP charges. They are made up.Also the accessories charges. They are also made up. I didn't pay them and still got a truck from a xxxx dealership.

Was told to bring my used vehicle back for a detail.
Was told to bring my used vehicle back for a detail. Was waste of time had the same dirt on it when it came back.they took 2 weeks to return my credit card deposit after I paid in full with check. I had to go back to dealership 3 times to get the refund. I left a WiFi rear view camera in my trade asked salesman to remove and he said he did. But never got my camera back. Told somebody at dealership stole it from salesman’s desk drawer. I like my truck is only reason I gave 2 stars. Otherwise I’d give zero. I want my camera back and I want the detailing I was promised.

I made an appointment for an oil change and a recall,
I made an appointment for an oil change and a recall, which was a software update. I said I would wait. It took 4 hrs. 2 and a half were just for the oil change.
