Bought a 2011 Infiniti for my son as his first car as he

Bought a 2011 Infiniti for my son as his first car as he heads off to college. What a complete and total nightmare. They put an inspection sticker on the car but the horn didn’t work. Brought it back to repair the horn. They kept the car for over a week. Finally got the car back. Then it wouldn’t start. They kept it for another week. Go kept telling me it was fine and running. I stopped by unannounced and they couldn’t start the car. Told Gio I wanted a refund. He denied that the car wouldn’t start. He kept lying about how he had driven the car and it ran fine. Ignored the fact that neither his salesman nor mechanic could start the car. Got nasty in his text messages. I went to get my funds back and brought the title and paperwork with me. Gio insisted the car was running fine with no problems. . Mysteriously Gio was never around when I went to the shop. Of course once again the car wouldn’t start. Told them I wasn’t leaving without a full refund. They finally relented. No choice really since they were never able to get the car running. Gio is a liar and tries to bully his way out of unethical suituations. Bought a newer version of the same car from a quality dealership. Run, don’t walk away from Shopicar especially Gio!

Horrendous service, took the car for a test drive pointed

Horrendous service, took the car for a test drive pointed out a brake issue and said I'd buy it if they were fixed. They were never fixed though I was told they were, brought it back to find it also had a control arm issue. 14 days later I got the car back less then a few weeks later the control arm is practically hanging off. They refused to fix it as I'm no longer protected by a lemon law... okay I can handle that but the way I was talked to in such a condescending manner is why I'm writing this review. Terrible service and mechanical issues galore buyer beware.

Needed a new car and saw a beautiful ‘16 Jaguar XJ with

Needed a new car and saw a beautiful ‘16 Jaguar XJ with low miles. Stopped in and was helped by Theasip. She was informative and not suffocating. The next few days she was very responsive to my questions. Shopicar was extremely flexible with my trade in. The owner was very nice and kept assuring me that we would make it work! I left same day with the new vehicle after transferring plates. Small shop…beautiful used cars and excellent staff with great customer service. I highly recommend you check out ShopiCar if you’re in need of a new vehicle!! Thank you!!

It is so sad to see how many people shared my experience

It is so sad to see how many people shared my experience and were scammed from Gio. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought my car. Gio runs a scam operation at ShopiCar. He sells lemon vehicles and covers up all their issues, then a few weeks later the car starts to have serious mechanical problems and he denies responsibility. Gio sold me a 2013 BMW 328i xdrive, 80,000 miles that appeared to be in pristine condition. He took advantage of my personal situation and lied about the tire sensor that had gone off in the car, stating it was because of the weather. He reassured me that it would be fully serviced and detailed upon arrival. None of that happened. Within the first week of driving the vehicle, I had multiple flats after leaving it parked and had to keep putting air in the tires - only to find out the rim was cracked. I brought it back to him promptly, he kept the car for 3 weeks saying he was ordering and replacing a new rim - when I arrived, I noticed all he had done was rotate the tires (because I had photographed the car extensively and noticed the patterned scuffs on the rim). When I confronted him, he told me that I had caused the scuffs on the rims myself (within one week of use?) and was ultimately at fault. He even tried to make a deal with me that if he proved the scuffs were not there when he sold me the car, I would have to pay for the repairs, otherwise he would pay me $500. He however, quickly withdrew that offer when he found out that I had videoed the car during my test drive with evidence of the scuffs. We ended up in a verbal confrontation worsened by his coworker who told me he knows how to deal with "emotional women like me" because he has sisters...I reminded them that, regardless of my gender, they cannot treat customers this way. They are clearly snake oil salesmen. Long story short - I paid to weld the broken rim. The car also needed a new timing chain, new knock sensor, and had broken struts and axle. This car was a nightmare and dealing with Gio was an even bigger nightmare. AVOID GIO AND SHOPICAR AT ALL COSTS
