Great customer service.

Was kept up to date on what was happening. They found the correct parts. Would liked to have found the part faster but no one else could find the part at all.

Good service

Friendly staff. I like the shuttle ride to the mall. They even washed my car and it was done earlier than they originally quoted me. I like them being able to text me back and forth

It was an easy process. I came in with my husband knowing what vehicles we wanted to test drive; Tom Lutsch was able to get those for us and after discussing we proceeded with the process that was smooth and easy and stress-free.

I called to schedule a oil change I was booked two weeks...

I called to schedule a oil change I was booked two weeks later for 9 am. I pulled the car in at 8:55 am . At 11:00I decided to ask one of the men in the service department how much longer . The gentleman was not very polite. He explained to me that mine might be next to into the bay. I said ohh gosh I am just getting a oil change. He proceeded to tell me in a annoyed tone that he has alot of people waiting and only one doing it. I said ok thank you and say back down. It is now 12:30 and still waiting. I thought oil changes were quick and easy. I would understand this type of wait if I hadn't scheduled a time to come in. I even made it a early appointment so I didn't ha e Soo many people ahead of me. My husband has a Honda and takes it to the dealership and they offer a insensitive to get oil changes done there by giving away a free oil change after so many done. What is my insensitive for bring my car in to Toyota? So far none.
