Very unprofessional place won't ever do business with these people again a joke of a place

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. This was a straight cash buy as he doenst do financing. Thank you all from Heather and Wyatt!

BE careful dealing with this company. You will need to be really desperate for a car. A friend of mine bought a car on February 28, 2025. After driving it, he returned it the next day because the power steering wasn't working. Sami, the man at the desk, said he would have it fixed. Today (March 3rd) it still was NOT repaired. He gave a few excuses, but the bottom line is does NOT have the expertise to fix the power stering. He kept saying it would be "a couple more days" -- we should have known after the first two days that he had NO INTENTION of fixing this. SO...My friend picked it up and is out $700 because he had to take the car to a real dealership. Don't buy here unless you don't mind getting jacked around. We will be reporting this to the Attorney General. In many ways, this is FRAUD. Keep your money and buy somewhere else.

Bout a 2006 Grand Cherokee from them with a little over 200k. Few minor issues that the guy Sammy took care for me with no problem. Friendly service and very helpful. Had the truck now for almost a year and still runs like a dream. Definitely recommend stopping by.

They never called me about the car. A week later I called them. They said they sold it.

Tried 3 different times and they never responded. BAD BUSINESS ETHIC, DOOMED TO FAIL. GO ELSEWHERE

All these 5 star reviews at fake anyone with somewhat of a brain can figure that out they ain’t slick this dealership is trash don’t even think about buying from there.

They never responded to repeated emails leading me to believe they are crooks to be avoided.
