UPDATE: they’re also LIARS- told me I would have one full

UPDATE: they’re also LIARS- told me I would have one full year of remote start (as this was a deal breaker for me) promised me I would have it - once I left magically now it’s only for 3 months. they also only gave me 1 key instead of the two which is IN THE CONTRACT. Got a 23 chrome - DID NOT EVEN DRIVE OFF THE LOT the screen kept glitching (freezing and turning off) I’ve been waiting an hour and a half after I purchased the car; no one knows how to fix it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - I don’t trust the reviews. Wish I purchased somewhere else. (Sales person Bay wasn’t helpful when I told him I was frustrated “it’s not my fault dude” - especially avoid) General manager is also incredibly rude. Wish I could give 0 stars. HORRIBLE

I asked the service department if they had the parts to

I asked the service department if they had the parts to do a warranty repair on my ‘22 RAV4 Prime so that it doesn’t start on fire while charging when the outside temp is under 41F. They said they had the parts so I brought my vehicle in. I was told it would take 2 hours so I waited in the lobby. 5 hours later they say they have to order parts. No loaner was offered. I left after 7 hours and no fix to a dangerous recall.

I recently went and saw salesman Carlos and he was

I recently went and saw salesman Carlos and he was nothing short of amazing. I purchased a rav4 and there was no Pressure from the minute I walked in to finance! I love that there is a play room and they made popcorn for my toddler!!! The best part is also how welcoming the GM was! I have always purchased a Chevy and this made me never look back !!!
