Me and my girlfriend went LaFontaine Walled Lake to buy a

Me and my girlfriend went LaFontaine Walled Lake to buy a used car and we were told there's nothing they can do for us, They never even showed us a car the sales guy just told us our credit wasn't good enough to buy a car from them, so we left and went back a week later to another Lafontaine dealership and they were able to get us approved.

They ripped off my son and didnt fix his bumper that was

They ripped off my son and didnt fix his bumper that was needing a clip. They put in writing when we bought. I called over 30 times and was put on hold for over 20 minutes with no pick up or hung up on. I contacted better business bureau and the dealership lied and said they tried to call and text. That was a lie. I even called and left 4 messages after the fact. They kept us at dealership for over 5 hours with almost 3 hours after finance was completed. They wanted to wash the truck for us and kept misplacing truck and when I asked where it was(4 times) manager would never get back to me. My salesman went and got a shave and a haircut while we were there. MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL STUFF DONE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Thought u could trust especially that I had in writing but I was wrong. Hope they are happy with themselves this was my sons first vehicle and they made it a miserable experience over a bumper clip. Will never go he again not a fan of dishonest people. Dealership was ver slow by the way 2 customer other then me while I was there. Seem it was more important to chat with co workers then care for customers.

Within the first day I owned the vehicle I heard sounds coming from the front end. I called the service department repeatedly I finally was able to get a service appointment in 4 weeks. They said they fixed the issue but did not vehicle was making the some noise when I picked it up. It took another 4 weeks to get another appointment. Again, they said they fixed it but they did not the vehicle is still making they same noise. They will not give me another appointment. They will not service the vehicles they sale and do not have the skills needed to repair.

Just like Army recruiters, they will lie to sell you

Just like Army recruiters, they will lie to sell you something. I have 750 credit rating, they decided to run 3 credit reports on my credit, they assured me that it would drop off my credit report, checked Trans Union, credit dropped 15 points!!! With 3 inquiries by LaFontaine. I assume it was ran 3 times to get me the highest interest rate to give dealer some extra money. Shady, will never lease or buy from them again. Beware.

Avoid this dealership like the plaque!

Avoid this dealership like the plaque! They lie, cheat, and steal! Anything to make a sale! They do not stand behind their promises, I trusted them and now months later it is costing me a large sum of money. Completely unethical business practices! They should not be in business! Read the reviews, read the complaints with the better business bureaus. This dealership needs to be put out of business! Save yourself the aggravation, save yourself the money they will steal, choose another dealership that values your business and takes pride in what they do. I have leased and purchased vehicles for over 20 years with Chrysler dealerships and have never encountered the degree of carelessness and dishonesty as with Lafontaine Walled Lake. Your dealership and management are pathetic!

LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Walled Lake 1111 S Commerce Rd, Walled Lake, MI 48390 Chrysler dealer Zachary Taylor 480 points 6 days agoAvoid this dealer like the plague. Absolute worst experience with a dealership in my life. I bought a used 2016 Ford Edge from these guys almost two years ago from a salesman Tim "The Wrangler" at the walled lake location. The car has been a joke. countless issues. oil pump went our at 60k. clunking transmission, steeringwheel electronics failure. Back hatch latch failure where back window exploded as it shut and then hatch got stuck shut. ripped leather seats after 5k miles of ownership. the $3,000 dollar aftermarket warranty I was sold with the vehicle on a premium has denied any and all claims I've tried to make. I've been fighting with this dealership for months bow trying to get them to cancel the warranty so I can get my money back. i spoke with aj Alex Firu about canceling the warranty after I came in and showed my displeasure with my service from this shady dealer, and after listening to his 30 minute sales pitch on trying to convince me to buy a new car he finally offered to cancel my warranty. months after this last interaction with Alex, my warranty had still.not been canceled. I got an email from one of the financial guys who.sent me the cancelation form to fill out and he sent me a pdf document that was locked and could not be edited. As on 12/15 when I'm writing this review I still cannot.get a call back from this dealership on trying to cancel my warranty through easy care so I can hopefully get some money off and get out of this vehicle they absolutely screwed me over on with the price. STAY AWAY
