I have delt with John on two ocassions the first time i found out i needed a co-singner but at the time did not have one. I knew that when i came back this second time i had to go to John. He helped me both times and did such a great job. I know that i am a picky customer, and John met my needs and critera for cars each time! It was a no hassel easy experience!!

I was experiencing the Jeep "Death Wobble." After several other dealerships diagnosed the problem, I went to Shuman for a tertiary opinion. Not only did they discover that the other dealerships were incorrect as to the cause of the problem, but they correctly diagnosed the problem. I worked directly with Mr. Weinstein and even though it was a little busy, he was friendly, helpful, and afforded me ample time to discuss my vehicle issues. Mr. Weinstein arranged my repairs such that it only minimally disrupted my daily life. The work was all completed on schedule and at the price quoted. Even with the excellent repair work, it was the personal attention afforded by Mr. Weinstein that will make me a repeat customer.

The service department at Shuman Chrysler in Walled Lake, MI, is great. The men are helpful, cheerful, friendlym and always do everything they promised and when promised. I feel like my Town & Country gets the service it needs at a fair price. I always appreciate the car wash too.
