Awesome service, went in for an oil change on my 2012 Infinify. Ended up leaving a 2021 Nissan Rogue. Wonderful salesman Joe Reed, went over & above explaining all the features of the SUV. Then stayed with in my budget. Finance dept, service also over the top. I send all of my friends to Elevate of Kansas City. My boss is also going to see Joe Reed for her mother’s new car. Joe Reed was the sales rep I worked with. Joe was very nice and easy to work with. I called him one day about a 2016 Nissan Rogue his company had listed on their web page. He said he knew nothing about the car but would check it out for me and call me the next day. He called back and said it seemed like a nice car for a used 2016 Rogue. I asked if I could get the car the next day and take it to my mechanic to see if he could find anything I should be aware of mechanically. It took the better part of the day but my mechanic called me back and said, “It seems to be a sweet little care for the year and mileage.” The next day I again worked with Joe to get him a check so I could take the car home. I appreciate the help Joe was giving me in answering all my quirky questions. Got everything done despite my barrage of questions. This old Marine Veteran appreciated Joe’s help, thanks, Joe.
