The service team treated me with respect and kindness, not like I was some lady who was clueless about my car. Although I had to wait a while to see a Service Representative ( they were very busy), I was treated graciously. I was given a loaner Cadillac because the service on my car would not be ready until the next day. I was very satisfied with the service on my car - it was a 2004 Deville and needed many repairs. Now I can drive my car, knowing all the safety issues have been fixed. I am 88 years old and plan on keeping my car for a long time!
