Buying a Corvette

Mr. Dominic Ienna, our salesperson, was quick to respond to my email inquiry about a new 2016 Corvette. He emailed and phoned me to make sure this was the vehicle I wanted and if I had any questions he could answer for me. The whole buying experience was perfect.

Buying a mid size pickup.

Our salesman, Mike Molliconi was excellent to work with. He tried very hard to get the perfect vehicle for us and he did. He was knowledgeable and was quick to research a question he couldn't answer. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Mike and would recommend him to anyone. The service department, Dan Hugg was quick to take care of a small issue and we were on our way.

Service Feb 2017.....

Very friendly, accommodating and professional. Have tried another Cadillac dealer and found no comparison between the two. We would definitely use this one over another.

Service

OnStar said we had a problem with the emission I took my car in it was tested and found nothing wrong. They were very honest they could of charged us for repairs we did not need.

2016 Traverse

Used 2016 Tahoe LTZ

I contacted Medved through the cars.com app and had a response with in minutes via email. Told the sales person that the price was way too high and we negotiated a better price so I would come and look at it. Made an appointment for that after noon looked at the car while they appraised my trade then we looked at the number negotiated a little and I was out of there and done with financing in 2 hours.

Great experience

The sales staff was very helpful with explaining the details about the products and what the warrantees were on the used vehicle. The price on the vehicle was outstanding and the purchase process was smooth.

The wait was a little long but ok

Would like a little more input on what they did and why. I went in for a transmission check and would like a little better description on what was done.

2017 Cadillac XT5

I visited MedVed to look at a new color that Cadillac had recently released for the 2017 XT5. I was treated to a long and enjoyable test drive with Javier in that particular vehicle. Upon returning to the dealership, the sales manager informed us that he had the model with the equipment that I wanted in that color, and was I interested in working on pricing. I went thru the negotiations and we came to an agreeable price in short order. As they prepared my new purchase, I had probably one of the best financing experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Thanks to everyone involved in a seamless experience. And special thanks to Javier Gonzalez for driving my CTS Coupe back to my home, and for all his help and support during my purchase!

2017 Tahoe

I'd like to thank Jon Heartso and the rest of the staff at Medved for their help buying my new 2017 Tahoe. I brought my leased 2014 Cadillac SRX in for service across the street, and came in to look at new Chevys as an option when my lease was up and left with the Tahoe. He spent most of the afternoon with me explaining the pros and cons of buying and leasing vehicles and educated me on what the best options for selecting a new car in general. After looking at some Surburbans and other vehicles, my wife decided she had her heart set on the Tahoe, and not just any Tahoe, but a slightly used (4,000 miles) loaded Tahoe owned previously by John Medved. After much debate between my wife and myself, Jon an the team worked up an excellent deal and stayed with us until after 10pm demonstrating all of the technology in the vehicle. Thanks again Jon, this is the best car I've ever owned!!
