Seriously unhappy!

My experience with Medved was bad at the first, the sales person didn't seem to want to help me. I asked for a couple more pictures of the Hummer interior, and if it had a sunroof. it took half a day, and another few phone calls. Then I got a different sales person. I will not put their names on here, then I got the General Manager and he made the experience better, I really wanted the 2006 Hummer H3 they had on their lot. So, the GM talked and helped me, So I got the Hummer. Then it started to go bad again, the guy that delivered it had no clue how to do the paperwork, still not sure if the paperwork was done right??? The guy also told me they would mail me my copies in a few days, Still waiting... Now when the person or the persons that detailed and washed the Hummer. Making it nice for the customer. I think they would have noticed the big leak from the sunroof and reported it to the service department, yes and it leaked that bad, Oh and I also got soaked... hahaha bad pun. The deal was done over the internet and they delivered the Hummer to me, So they did take care of the leaky sunroof, and I believe her name was Jennifer she is actually a very nice person. and I say Thank you. it was a plugged drain spout.. who knew? But now it is 2 months later and I still have no paperwork, so I have called ,, I was told by Joel that he would call me back,, I should have asked when and what time and year. Still Waiting for Joel's return call. I need to get an emissions test and no paperwork. Nice is not a good word to use for this deal. I drove to Denver to get my paperwork; I live in the same state as the dealership!! My finance company is out of state and they got the paperwork??? New update, I went and tried to get an emissions test done, Nope it did not pass nor did it fail, something about the computer not reading, so this time I called and talked to Caleb who said that he was the guy I needed to talk too. He assured me that he would take care of the issues, and issue me a new temp tag, so I was not driving on an expired temp tag. Now remember back 2 months when the sunroof leaked, I feel that it caused a couple of other issues that the hummer has.... could be because of the leak, This is what the dealership found,,,, apparently the GPS system tracker the dealership installed on the Hummer is bad, so the dealership bypassed this system to make it pass emissions, So bypassing a computer related function is ?????? The dealership didn't even look at the other stuff, maybe my Hummer is S A F E to drive or maybe not. Then I called Caleb again. He said very rudely that he is not going to deal with this anymore, He then told me to call Josh L, and hung up. Now I know that I have called several times, but I don't think I am being unreasonable for trying to make sure my Hummer is safe. This has been the worst car deal I have ever had.. Lifetime warranty that may make it seem like a good deal,, Beware of The vehicle you buy might be excluded from this lifetime warranty. Jay said I was covered.



Don't buy a car from medved Cadillac they sell your personal information to every extended warranty company in the world I get two three some
