Fred and the team were top-notch.

Fred and the team were top-notch. I came in with a trade-in and they gave me a strong offer upfront. Ended up driving off in a brand-new Silverado. Sandra made the paperwork a breeze and I was done in under two hours.

Came here from the Valley because of a great deal I saw

Came here from the Valley because of a great deal I saw on CarGurus. The car was exactly as listed, no bait and switch. Nick helped me and even got me a better rate than my credit union. 5 stars!

Misinformation, lies and deception is what this

Misinformation, lies and deception is what this dealership practices. Buyer beware! Regardless of what they tell you, read everything before you sign anything! The first lie was the remaining warranty on the vehicle then a $2,000 reduction of the listed price then I was quoted and agreed to $18k for my trade in, I was guaranteed the dealership extended warranty of $3,200 and 45 days before the first payment, I was never told about the $4,000 accessories on a used vehicle. All was a lie and deception!! What I was told didn’t reflect on my paperwork that Joe Jazzi signed my initials to then neatly folded and tucked into an envelope. DO NOT TRUST A WORD COMING OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS. Chris was the salesman that lied about everything! Ali is the manager.

Not a great experience.

Not a great experience. Dubious sales practice and misrepresentation of the state of the car which stopped running after 3 weeks. They refused to accept liability. If you're buying or leasing a car from here walk out if you're there for more than 2 hours. Thank me later.

Ali was absolutely fantastic.

Ali was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what I needed and found me a certified pre-owned Equinox in my budget. No games, no back-and-forth. Fred, the GM, even came over to check in and thank me. That was a nice touch.
