Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. The definition of going Above and beyond in one place. Jor Cha is one of the most helpful person I’ve ever seen. From picking me up at the airport to delivering the perfect car. Her attention to detail is incredible. I’ll be recommending her and Mercedes Benz of Clearwater to all my family and friends!!!!!

Tristan and the staff at Clearwater Mercedes were amazing. Very professional and efficient. They gave me a fair price right from the start via email, considerably better than their local competition. When I showed up, Tristan quickly reconfirmed the pricing of the deal and got me in and out in less than 2 hours with a new car. I might mention that they honor the Sam's Club $500 bonus cash which was icing on the cake. This is among the best new car purchase experience I have ever had in many years of car purchases. I will recommend Clearwater MB and Tristan in particular to anyone I know in search of a new car and a fair and honest dealership.

The vehicle was delivered to my home by flatbed.

The vehicle was delivered to my home by flatbed. Within 3 miles of driving the car, the tire pressure light came on, and I had to find a gas station to inflate the tires. This never should’ve happened and is complete sloppiness by the service department.

After visiting another MB dealership, I was told the

After visiting another MB dealership, I was told the combination of the white exterior paint with the Neva Gray interior was not available. There were lots of options with black interior, but to me, black is not practical for Florida heat. Marc at the Clearwater dealership was amazing in making sure I would be a happy customer. He worked with me to get a custom order GLC 300 SUV placed with my preferred options and the best price with available discounts. I couldn’t be happier to have had great status communication, attention to detail, and being made to feel like the most special customer! Marc Sexton is the best! Brandon, the trainer, was exceptionally patient, as I had lots of questions about the programming and customization. I will definitely be back for refresher time with Brandon. Sorry, I do not remember the “paperwork contract lady. She explained thoroughly all the “add-ons” available, and how it would play into my ownership situation. All of the dealership staff worked together as a great team.

Tony Pineiro was our sales person. We thank him for his patience, the time he took to explain the difference between the cars we were looking at and his knowledge of the product. He was not rushing us to make a decision and was available on the phone to answer all the questions we had. At the end we decided to buy E350. The next day he called us for a follow up to see if we had any questions. Everyone was very nice and efficient and knew the products, Dennis helped us with the set up of the app and all the gadgets and the finance dept put no pressure to sell us anything. Great Job! We will be back next time.

Greig was an amazing sales person, going out of his way

Greig was an amazing sales person, going out of his way to help me purchase a new Mercedes GLB 250. His communication was spot on and he delivered on getting back to me when he said he would. We exchanged over 50 texts as we negotiated a fair price for my trade-in and the price of the vehicle. In the end, we agreed upon a figure that we both could agree upon. He went out of his way to make the sale where others may have seen too much hassle. My personal interactions with him were pleasant as we both talked about our love of travel. Pictures of his trips abroad with family line his office. He is a well traveled and knowledgeable person in addition to being a great salesperson. On the day of purchase, Greig made sure that I was comfortable and guided me through the inspection, test drive, financing, detailing and ultimately my taking of a 2022 GLB which I absolutely love. Thanks to Greig and the entire team at Mercedes Benz of Clearwater for a truly seamless experience.
