Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater

Just bought our fifth Mercedes from this dealership. They have always treated us fairly and provided us with a nice, no-pressure atmosphere. We plan to keep purchasing our vehicles from them.

This was an incredible experience from our first phone contact and throughout our vehicle purchase thanks to Jeff Lyall. As the car had recently arrived at the dealership, it had not been cleaned but Jeff assured us that the car would be gone over and properly prepared for delivery; and it was. Frank, the Sales Manager, came out and introduced himself to us which we thought was a nice gesture and appreciated that. Kirk, the Finance Manager, was very professional and made the paper work signing easy and seamless. A truly enjoyable experience out the door.

Purchased a 2023 CLA 250, white exterior with red/black interior. Love the car. My Master Certified Product Specialist was amazing - Jonathan Ewing. From the very beginning to the end of the purchase he was very professional, friendly, timely, informative, transparent and was open to numerous options.
