First Car Buying Experience (Lancer SE)
This past week I worked with Bob Gaudet in pruchasing a 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer SE, and for being my first time buying a car, this experience was great! Bob was very helpful, communicated well, and made sure everything was set up accurately, and done so in a timely manner! I also worked with Frank to finalize the paper work, and that process was just as smooth! I would absolutely recommend visiting Acton Toyota if you're looking to get a car, this place was amazing! Very pleasurable experience.
This is the second vehicle I have negotiated, and purchased from Acton Toyota. I discussed trading my vehicle for a newer with other Toyota dealers in my area, so I was more aware of worth and value. I worked online with Chris Cannata, and received accurate information to make a decision whether to travel the 60 miles for a trade. I had a very pleasurable experience With Mark Alexander in sales. His knowledge, along with accommodating my needs due to the distance helped in my decision to purchase. My dealings with Sales Manager, Dave Graham, were courteous and HONEST. Very much to the point. I did not have a long drawn out sales pitch. Just honest dealing! I also worked with Finance Manager Chris Wright. Chris is a friendly guy who explained all of my warranty issues, and offered other packages along with discussing financial options. All of the above associates of Toyota, Treated me very well. Pleasant car buying experience
I wasn't expecting to buy a car at this dealership. Visited just to learn about models 'cause I wasn't finding a car that I liked. Jack Burke was friendly, engaging, very knowledgeable about Toyotas and cars in general, and listened to what i wanted. I ended up with a great Certified Pre-owned, although wasn't necessarily thinking used when I started out.

We had a very reliable 2003 Toyota Camry which we loved and our kids shared, until it was totalled in an accident. We were pressed for time to buy another car quickly to replace it. We knew we wanted another Toyota., or possibly a Honda. My husband owns a Toyota 4Runner which he purchased at Acton Toyota of Littleton, and it has been a very reliable truck. So we started there. The salesman there, Steve, directed us to Bob Gaudet at the Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. Typically, buying any kind of car is a stressful event. From the moment we started working with Bob, there was no stress involved. We took out a 2005 Toyota Corolla. We knew that it was a good car, and it would sell quickly. Since it was the first car we looked at, we told Bob we would think about it and shop around some more. There was no pressure to try to get us to buy the car then. He just said "if you decide you want it, give me a call". When we called him back, we told him that we wanted the car, but we needed Aux capability added (per our daughter - "no one uses CDs anymore!") Bob said it would not be a problem, and they would get it taken care of through a third party company they work with. Acton Toyota handled the registration and inspection. When we picked up the car, they had also cleaned it inside and out and provided a full tank of gas. Bob told us he had already tested out the Aux feature with his iPhone to ensure it worked. When our daughter tried the Aux feature, it didn't work with the cable that was provided. Bob went into the shop and brought out his own Aux cable, and tried it with our daughter's iPhone, and it worked. He told her she could keep his cable that he bought, and he would just use the generic one! That may not sound like a big deal when purchasing a car, but it shows how customer-focused Acton Toyota is, especially Bob. Our son will be purchasing a car soon, and we will be heading over to visit Bob again. I would recommend Bob to anyone who is looking to purchase a used car, minus the stress!
