It was a pleasure to work with Stephen.Stephen was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very patient and answered all my questions promptly.He responded quickly. He made my buying experience easy and smooth. I live in Salt Lake City and was shopping for Prius Plugin. I bought a 2012 Plugin from Aceton.As an out of state customer, I was nervous about buying a car remotely.I have had some bad experiences with dealerships. But Aceton Toyota is a great dealership with friendly staff and reliable place to buy a car remotely. They know the process very well and their documentation was perfect and i had no trouble registering the car in my state. Gene from Finance was also very helpful and made it a smooth process. Thanks to Stephen and Gene for making this Car purchase a great experience. I am eagerly waiting to receive the car.

Sales staff very responsive.

Sales staff was great. However, many of the cars listed online had already sold. I did make an appt to see one car. The sales staff was kind enough to let me know the car sold before I drove almost 2 hours to see it. I continue to look for a car through their website but have not found one yet.

Superb customer service!

Stan was extremely pleasant and helpful...so was the person that made the appt. for me. Great experience! Comfortable waiting area. Very well organized.

Second Time Around

I ordered a 2009 Corolla XRS from Ken Hsu via an internet sale in 2008. The process was new but handled very well. I was very pleased. So, of course, I contacted Ken when I was ready to trade my car in for a 2013 model. The process was very smooth and, I think, even easier than last time. I was also very happy with the incentives the dealership offered. I'm a fan and I'll be back. Thanks Ken!!

Scott, has worked with me several times as I ventured into the world of salesman and client. Each time he was very personalble and professional. Sometimes car shopping can become like house shopping, daunting! Each time that I have worked with him he made the experience less painful. I have also recommended him to a friend who recently purchased a car from him. Good job Scott, thank you for all your help.

I have never owned a Toyota vehicle before but have many friends who do. I was very interested in the Prius because it is the predominant car that friends and colleagues own.My original contact with Acton Toyota was with Stephen Poulin, the Internet Sales Consultant. Stephen responded to my online inquiry, then met with me, listened to my requirements and brought out a Certified Pre-Owned Prius for me to drive. He was knowledgeable about the car and responded to my many questions, considering all the parameters I had set out. He was never pushy or coercive. I ended up buying a Camry Hybrid. Stephen was transparent in all of the negotiations and shepherded me through all the details of the process in a respectful and supportive way. He worked diligently to locate and bring the car to Acton Toyota and have it ready for pick up as soon as possible. What had seemed like a very daunting challenge (buying a new car, my first in over 30 years) was made relatively seamless through Stephens expert help. I would highly recommend Stephen Poulin and Acton Toyota to others looking for an enjoyable car purchase experience. Great job Stephen, and I LOVE my new Camry Hybrid!!

A few weeks ago, we decided It was time for my college...

A few weeks ago, we decided It was time for my college aged daughter to replace her car. She would be buying it, but I wanted to help her find one so I called Bob Gaudet to see what he had available for used vehicles. He told me about this older Camry that recently became available and that it had low miles and was in great shape. I had a pretty tight schedule that week but Bob made it work so I could see the car that night. The car had been purchased at Acton Toyota and all of the original paperwork was in the glove box. I couldn't believe how great it looked and how it handled. After I took it for a test drive, I immediately put a deposit to hold it until we could make arrangements for my daughter could see it. She loved it and decided she wanted to buy it so we negotiated on a price that we were happy with. She has good credit but since she is young, she doesn't have a long credit history so we saw this as an opportunity to establish stronger credit. Frank Mazzeo worked with us and gave us several financing options while we also talked with our local bank. After looking at everything, we decided the best choice for us was one of Frank's options. The paperwork was done quickly, and she has been thrilled driving her car around the last few weeks and, as a dad, I am very happy she is in a more dependable and safe car. This was our third car purchase at Acton Toyota in the last 5 years and Bob was involved and instrumental in all of them. I first bought a used Highlander from Bob and then, about 2 years ago due to a longer commute, I called Bob about a smaller vehicle; since I was leaning towards a new one, he put me in touch with John Bernard and I decided on a new Camry. We still have the Highlander and the Camry and they have been running great. Since my son also has a old Toyota Corolla that he bought from a family member, I guess we are a Toyota family! We have been very happy with our experiences at Acton Toyota which is why we keep coming back. Bob has been outstanding and everyone he puts us in touch with, including Frank Mazzeo and John Bernard, has also been great. -Bob B.

I had the wonderful task of purchasing a new vehicle for...

I had the wonderful task of purchasing a new vehicle for my company. After 11 years and 185,000 miles it was time to retire the shop van. We had recently downsized and didn't need a full size van. After checking their wonderful website I called and spoke to Alex about a used vehicle they had on the lot. We made an appointment for me to come see the vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by Alex and the vehicle was out front, gassed, running and waiting for me. After taking a moment to show me the basics, chat about my needs and take a copy of my license I was off on a test ride. When I got back, we went to Alex's desk where he produced the work order for what had been done to the vehicle in order for it to be placed on ActonToyota's lot as a Certified Used Vehicle, The Car Fax and based on what I had told him earlier, he had what my costs would be for both the used vehicle and a comparable new one. The whole experience was quick, efficient and painless. I had the pleasure of also talking to Alex's managers, Wellington Pereira and Scott Vachon. The Business Manager Keith Mobley was also easy to work with and explained everything as we went through the process. I would recommend Acton Toyota, Alex, Wellington, Scott and Keith to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Toyota or Scion.

I expect all business to do a "good" job and...

I expect all business to do a "good" job and for the most part they do. But, I am writing this review to let people know that Acton Toyota used car Annex really was head and shoulders above the rest. I visited 20 used car dealers though out new England and they ended up having the best service, best selection and best price. Even after 30 days I am extremely satisfied with my 09 335i BMW. The car was in supreme condition with no hidden unwanted surprises. If you want an excellent quality used car with great service you should visit these guys. Sincerely, Erik J. Peterson
