DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from this dealership. They directly violate The Consumer Protection Act (MGL Chapter 93A). They will avoid all communication with you if there are any issues, which there were for me 20 miles after driving the car off the lot Purchasing a vehicle from here has been a nightmare. They are 100% SHADY. I purchased a 2018 Nissan NV 2500 with a bad catalytic converter and 2 cylinders misfiring but these people reset the computer so it would pass inspection. I drove it off the lot, made it 30 miles and the check engine light came on. Brought it to my personal mechanic and they said it was misfiring in 2 cylinders and needs a new catalytic converter. The dealership told me my mechanic was lying and trying to scam me. I brought it back to the dealership, got it back 5 days later and started driving it home. Check engine light on again. Towed it back again. They changed 1 spark plug and sent me away. Guess what, check engine light is back on for the 3rd time. I purchased this van over 3 weeks ago and have not had it in my possession more than 2 days. I have been responsible for ALL tows. I brought it to another mechanic, not my own and guess what? It still needs a new catalytic converter and I did not tell them any background of the van. They fake the inspections DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! They will go down for this

I am giving Hermes Auto Sales a five star. Serge was my salesperson. And I just have to say that he was so awesome. Very professional, he was so knowledgeable in the vehicles that we were looking to purchase. My husband and I really liked his friendly demeanor and his patience. (Let me emphasize on patience's) :-) I will also have to give Carlos praises. With their teamwork, my husband and I purchased the perfect vehicle for our son. I will not leave Brittany out because with her efficiency. Our son was able to drive the vehicle off the lot with the registration and title done, on the day they said the vehicle would be ready. I would recommend Hermes dealership to my friends and family. You won't be disappointed!

I had been looking for a car for my granddaughter her mind set on a Ford Fusion.We happened to go by Hermes on our way home.Serg Nikulin took us under his wing showed us the 2 Fusions that he had explained each one let us drive them and gave us his honest opinion on each. My granddaughter decided to go with the right choice we feel fingers crossed we have luck with this car. I highly recommend this dealership and Serg was wonderful to both of us.Thank you very much for making a good impression with a young girl’s first car!

Sorry to say worst car shopping experience ever! They couldn’t wait to run my credit. I felt extremely rushed. Salesman wanted that sale first 5 minutes of arrival. Then they never called me back! 5 days later I called and they said “sorry” not sure what happened. Then to add insult to this whole experience they wanted 6000.00 down for a 2004 vehicle selling for 10.000. I went to a reputable car lot and was approved at a lower interest than I imagined and they took my trade valued higher than I imagined. Shame on you Hermes Auto

We bought an older vehicle from Hermes, as our budget was very limited. The vehicle experienced several technical issues within a short time of purchasing. Despite the fact that the car was too old for lemon laws, Carlos came through and made sure that our car was safe, and that we were happy. My advice to anyone having issues with Hermes: TALK TO THEM. They're people.

Bought a Corvette and a Lexus. Carlos and Brittany were very helpful during the buying process. Great deals and great vehicles. I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles from Hermes!

The staff were super friendly without being overbearing. They weren’t pushy but laid out all my options for me. They were knowledgeable of the process of getting my insurance squared away and even helped me out when the bank had it incorrectly noted in Their system as still being the lien holders over my trade in. They were pleasant , friendly and professional.
