Exception experience all around. Repair was completed. Car was cleaned when I picked it up. And Ramsey was sure to keep me up to date throughout the process. They also coordinated my rental car for me. I’d recommend Ramsey Subaru to anyone.

After the test drive negotiation was don via phone and text messages. This was a very positive experience compared to previous car purchases when I was sitting in the dealership. One suggestion for improvement would be during the corona virus it would have been nice to have an option for a complete electronic signing of documents to reduce the time in contact with the team. Overall this was the best experience I have had purchasing a new car and will definitely use this dealership in the future.

I was pleased with the service that qua done on my first time at Ramsey Auto center. We really are enjoying our ASCENT that we purchased in December 2019. The only problem we are having is keeping the screens in the back windows. You would think that as loved with extras that it is that there would be a better solution tp holding the screens in than a small square of sheet metal. I keep placing them in and they continue to fall out. Dick

I was greeted with a smile and provided a clean safe waiting room - very important with the current pandemic. Appreciated them taking me early since I had to drive an hour and a half.

Staff are friendly and thorough...comfortable, convenient waiting are all much appreciated. A bottle of sanitizer at the desk when signing and paying for service would have been good.

Corey was good to explain the results of my concerns. Corey is wonderful to work with. The only negative thing I can say it that he does not return phone calls very well.

I have only used Ramsey for my Subaru servicing since purchase 2008 It is the most dependable vehicle I have ever owned and still going strong!
